Inaccurate online systems and service
The item and order specific discount codes issued to me would not work with my order. Tucked away in layers of terms and conditions was a paragraph stating that if an item was already discounted to a certain level, then further discounts would not apply even though the last discount issued to me stated that it would apply specifically to my ordered item. Anyway, after sorting that out with a chain of emails, I was informed two days after placing my original order, that ‘we aim to fulfil your order as quickly as possible on arrival of stock’. In other words it was out of stock ! The system accepted my payment along with my paid delivery option. My item was a birthday present which would have arrived long after the event, therefore I cancelled the order. A complete waste of my time and theirs. Abysmal online systems and service which I would describe as the worse online shopping experience I have had for a long time. I won’t be using this company ever again.

Hi Gary. Unfortunately we cannot offer further discounts on some items that already have discount applied, as it would be cost-prohibitive.
We currently use third party warehousing for some goods which we can usually obtain within 2-3 working days.
We have passed your feedback on to the relevant department in the meantime.

Cap sizes are wrong
Cap sizes are wrong. I ordered size 59 which all my caps are and received 2 caps that do not fit.

Great Service.
Found some DeerHunter gloves on there on line shop rang yesterday pm to check stock was available and was assured by a very helpful lady it was ordered my muflon gloves on line 2pm ish and received them in North Wales at 10-30 this morning . If you will pardon the pun they fit like a glove and look great as doses the quality , absolutely excellent service from this company and a big thank you to all that helped with my order .
