More information on delivery status would be appreciated, especially when delivery was stated as 48 hrs and it was ten days before receipt.

Hi Arthur. We're sorry to hear you were not pleased with delivery timeframe. The Royal Mail delivery service is named as 48 by them but as we note on our site, it can take around 2-4 working days for delivery. An email is sent automatically by our system to confirm dispatch, along with a tracking or recorded mail number but can sometimes be detected or rejected as junk mail.

Hi Trevor. We're sorry to hear you were not happy with the postage rate. We have a set minimum carriage fee but certainly if you contacted us, we would of been and are still happy to look into the matter. Free shipping also currently applies on orders over £50.

Apologies as we are unable to advise further regarding your order without name or order number. Any out of stock goods note an approximate shipping timeframe above the add to basket button and we would usually be in touch if it goes beyond this advised timeframe. If there are a number of other goods, we would usually check if the customer prefers part-shipment at this stage.
Salmon flies lost in post quickly replaced
Some flies ordered for a salmon fishing trip, didn’t arrive due to Royal Mail issue. Serious Fishing customer service was as always brilliant and replacements were sent. Have shopped with them repeatedly and always receive really helpful customer service. Thank you..

None delivery of order…
The item I ordered has not been delivered. I was advised that there would be a delay but three weeks has past and I’ve received no notification of an expected delivery. I have contacted serious fishing by email and not received a response.
After being a satisfied customer for some time I’m most disappointed in the current performance of this organisation.

Excellent customer service, the rod rest I ordered wasn’t going to be delivered in time for my husband’s fishing trip. I rang them and asked for a refund, Amy was delightful and gave me an immediate refund. It was such a pleasure to do business with them.
