I found the best price for my fish food with Serpentia Pet Supplies. Delivery was fast and the total cost was still less than buying through any other retailer.

Had to pay extra fee due to unpaid postage costs

We have checked the order and confirmed that the parcel was correctly weighed and the appropriate Royal Mail postage was purchased. Thank you for subsequently providing the details of the surcharge — we have refunded the amount in full so that you are not left out of pocket, and we will take the matter up separately with Royal Mail.
