I needed to replace 2 blown bulbs and 1 bulb casing (the old glass cover had cracked) on my Smeg oven. I wasn't sure what parts to order so I emailed customer service, and they promptly replied advising on what to order. I received the parts the next day and was able to fit them myself. Was very impressed with speed of response and delivery. Only 4 stars because to replace the bulb casing I had to purchase the whole light fitting, if possible it would have been great to only have to order the one piece of glass cover as this may have kept the cost down but understand this is due to Smeg not supplying this individually.

I needed a replacement cover for a Smeg fridge door shelf that I had stupidly managed to break. They emailed to apologise that there would be a delay because the item had to be sent from Italy. I didn't mind waiting because it was the item that I needed and they had kept me informed. The new shelf cover arrived this morning, only 12 days after my initial order so not that great a delay at all, and within a couple of minutes of unpacking it (very well packaged) the cover was in place in my fridge. I would have no hesitation in using this company again if the need should arise.

Order was made oct24 I notified that parts were missing they said they were waiting for them from Italy then nothing till June 25 to say they had been dispatched. Would help to keep customers updated

When I ordered cooker knobs or I thought I did only one was delivered I think £25 for one knob is a little expensive

I needed some obscure parts for my oven hood extractor fan and the team were extremely helpful in locating these parts and shipping them to me. A first class experience all round.

I needed a tiny rubber foot for a 10 year old hob and within 10 minutes I had identified the hob, found the part, established it was in stock and ordered it. All this at 11 o'clock at night. By next morning it was on it's way to me by first class post. Great service.

Kept me informed of a short delay but nothing that was a problem. Part arrived intact as it was very well packed. I would definitely use the company again.

Ordered some new rubber feet for our Smeg gas hob,these were for the pan stands,simple to place the order,some were initially out of stock and had to come from Spain,however it didn’t take long for use to receive them,outstanding service from Servastdirect again,would highly recommend them to anyone wanting replacement parts.
