This is a total scam company. They've taken 4 payments from me with false updates I've contacted the credit companies and they have not dealt with them. I called customer service and was put on hold More than 15 minutes with no one answering. Now when I call, I'm blocked. Now I'm out 1300 dollars and have to change my account number. I've left messages and no one returns my calls. Now I'm filing with the BBB. Steer clear away from this scam company.

I am extremely disappointed with Forth (setforth.com).

I have sent multiple emails requesting cancellation of my account and the return of my remaining balance (approximately $120). It has now been over a week, and I have received no response whatsoever.

I have also tried calling repeatedly on different days and at different times. Every time, I am placed on hold listening to music, and no one ever answers. It feels like there is no real customer support available.

What makes this worse is that Forth is holding my money, yet I have no practical way to control it or even get a response. When I signed up through a debt settlement company, I did not realize that once funds were in a Forth account, I would be completely dependent on them to act, and they simply do not respond.

On the rare occasion I reached someone through a corporate number, I was told, "I am sorry you are having that issue," followed by "there is nothing I can really do." No accountability, no follow-up, no resolution.

What is especially frustrating is that Forth appears able to respond publicly to negative reviews online within days, yet my direct emails requesting account closure and instructions are ignored.

At this point, my experience is that Forth is unresponsive, unaccountable, and extremely difficult to deal with when you need action. I would strongly caution anyone before trusting them to hold your money.

Update:

After submitting my information through Trustpilot so Forth could identify my account, I later received a notification that my signed agreement (FORTH_ACR 2026) had been voided.

While I appreciate that action was eventually taken, it is concerning that this only occurred after I escalated the issue through Trustpilot and provided identifying information. My frustration remains rooted in the lack of timely communication when I first followed the cancellation process outlined in their agreement.

Poor customer service. Does not return calls for days later nor have they responded to my email inquiring. Somehow our bank routing number was changed and a bank draft didn't occur on the scheduled date. I had to contact Alleviate who resolved my payment issue. When I did get a callback. I spoke to Alejandro who was abusive and unprofessional being harsh with me and I had to terminate the call due to his unprofessional and lack of understanding regarding my concern. I wish I would have signed up with Nation Debt Management.
