I would like to thank Tom Williams for making our problems go away he listened took on board what we wanted and took action and took over our problems we have moved to france so we could not transfer our uk private pensions into a French bank account so he took control and moved our pension where we could have it paid in euros into our french bank account same with my company pension it would have been impossible for me to do it myself Tom's attention to detail was outstanding always a quick response when I needed him so once again Tom a big thank you from us both top man

It has been a pleasure to work with Jamie who is always approachable, responsive and helpful. He is trying his best to keep you informed and provides useful insights into the process and what to expect. I can just recommend using his services.

I transferred my pensions to Forth ten years or so ago, after moving from the UK to NZ.

During that time, the fund has stagnated, making just about enough to pay their fees. I could make more in a term deposit or even a straight up bank savings account.

All they ever seem to want from me and the only communication I get is request my signature to cash up part of the fund so they can pay themselves.

I have no faith in the truth of their advice, with no way to check if what they are telling me is true.

Their response to feedback is pretty much meh, nothing we can do and the answer to every question is 'no, we can't do that'.

Bitterly disappointed and feel trapped by their poor performance.
