I had the most helpful customer service…
I had the most helpful customer service with the sewing house. I has been so undecided on fabrics and what I wanted. The team helped me make some final decisions and guided me through my measuments with quite some back and forth on email as I had never ordered made to measure curtains before. I could not have been more pleased when my order arrived. My curtains are simply gorgeous, the quality are better than expected. I explained 'look' I wanted to achieve with the trim and the way I wanted them to hang and appear thick and expensive. The results far exceeded my expectations and I am so happy. I absolutely will be returning for more rooms in my house!

Excellent sample service. Have received two beautifully made Roman blinds, which were despatched well within the estimated delivery window. Not the cheapest but used the 10% off January promotion, and the customer service and product quality is excellent.

Nice made to measure curtains
They are very nice, well made curtains that arrived within 3.5 weeks. The measurements were exactly as specified and they fit the window great. Very helpful that they come pre-pulled and with curtain hooks for the rail. I am docking one star for pattern matching. Needed two widths of the fabric for one curtain panel, they didn’t match pattern so it is off at the seam. It’s not particularly noticeable and I’m not a perfectionist but it would have been a nice touch. If I was a perfectionist I would probably find it annoying.

Excellent well made curtains
Stunning curtains, made with perfect detail and very easy too put up myself. All were made to have matching cuts of fabric so they match in the room and they are gorgeous. Great company to purchase from and fast delivery for bespoke curtains.

Great quality and easy to install.
Sewinghouse were helpful and available throughout. Really happy with the Roman blind I had made for a large window. Great quality, looks really good. Easy to install on my own even though it was very wide.

Lovely blind but couple of fixing niggles
Pleased with blind itself, lovely colours just as expected, but chain safety device was not included in the kit so had to request it. Dealt with promptly and received two.
Wasn't given choice, like some other suppliers, of whether it was rolled over or under.
The fixing brackets were awkward to achieve close clearance to the top of our window reveal.
