Bought 2 ak-47 croatian mag with bolt catch filler. Loading the magazine I could tell something wasn't right. Rounds were loose sliding forward and under other rounds. Rounds not held in the double stack position. Loaded magazines would not feed rounds. Bolt slides over the top of rounds in mag. Bolt did not stay open on empty magazine. Total crap.

I've been buying from this company for 4 years now and have never had a bad experience. My order always shows up 3 to 4 days after it's been placed. Their price is competitive and they carry alot of the obscure hard to find stuff.

First time buyer, ordered PMC Korean made 30 carbine and it was about 30 cents per round cheaper that I had been paying at my local gun store. Ordered on Sunday, got it on Thursday, havent shot any yet but the ammo looks great.

Terrible business. Ordered $450 dollars worth of ammo, ups said they delivered but did not deliver to my house. Talked to SGammo they did a trace, but didn't want to respond after, sent 7 Emails before they would reply back all to inform me that ups delivered and we will not send you a replacement or a refund. Terrible customer service. Buyers BEWARE. People I was talking to was very rude and could tell they could care less about the issue being that have gotten paid already. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!

I tried to buy 9mm fmj signed up filled in all questions multiple times. Round and round spent almost 45 minutes and then said insufficient stock. Sent them an email about issue and nothing would not recommend unless you like to waste your time. I will not be waiting my time on such a bad company.

Have just placed a order...trying times, but I have all the faith in SGAmmo as I have used them numerous times in the past and they have been great. Good prices, great quality ammo (I only order ammo that I know will not have any issues with) and fast shipping (under normal circumstances) Would definitely recommend them.

Shop elsewhere where you'll have a better experience at less expensive prices........... challenging poor customer service with unpleasant attitudes

This is a pretty solid operation. Large selection, shipping usually within a day or two, and no overcharging on the shipping rates, either. From what I gather, the owner is a pretty decent guy.

The only concern that I have about this business is transparency on what they are selling, when it comes to non-American brands of ammo. I almost bought half a case of 7.62x39 "8M3" ammo for target practice and hunting, since this was advertised as being a very effective and humane round to hunt with. After doing my research, it appears that the owner (in good faith) bought a shipment from Russia, but was shipped defective ammo that doesn't preform as advertised. I feel bad for him if he was shipped defective product. It disappoints me that the website advertises two rounds for this caliber as being fragmenting, when extensive testing has shown they don't. This makes me trust the company a bit less, and worries me about people using it for hunting, where it would likely be inhumane.
