Amazing service
I ordered some lovely bar stools which in fact had an error on the website but Shabby dealt with the issue immediately that I contacted them , and I mean within minuets and as a result I am more than thrilled with my purchase, ordered, delivered and fully assembled in less than a working week!

Received chaise a day earlier
Received chaise on time n I only received email of item a day after I received item. Thankfully the package was well packed as the driver who delivered item dragged the huge item across my driveway into my house!

We ordered from the web site
We ordered from the web site, really loved the look of the bar stools, was so excited, paid for them, looking forward to delivery. But got an email to say no longer available, so so so disappointed as they were exactly what I was looking for. On the up side refund was very quick. Ordered elsewhere arrived within 3 days. All good in the end but I would be wary of ordering from your site again which is a shame.

This was a gift
This was a gift , but recipient billed , but had already been paid by person ordering . No facility to gift or put message to recipient , no tracking device , had a good result in the end , but had to inform recipient , so no surprise . Good product recipient pleased , but would not order again , unless site improves . Even now site won’t accept date of experience . USELESS .
