Your order was placed on 26th April. The item is dispatched directly from a supplier and is sent with a specialist courier team on a working day service due to the size and weight. They contact you directly to book delivery is when is best for you. As this is a working day service (does not include weekends) and due to 1st and 8th May being UK bank holidays, I can see your order is out for delivery today.

Just received a set of drawers for our daughter's bedroom, fantastic quality, they look beautiful!
Went to Furniture Village initially and wasted 4 months with delayed product, poor quality and damaged product when delivered, my advice use these people everything went perfectly and they were delivered exactly when stated. Will definitely use again!

I recently purchased an armchair and I must say, it has been a great addition to my living room. The chair is very comfortable and provides excellent support for my back. The design is also very stylish and fits well with my decor. The quality of the materials used in the construction of the chair is evident and I believe it will last for many years to come. The only downside is that it was a bit pricey, but I do think it was worth the investment. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this armchair to anyone in the market for one.

The product (a small table) is great
The product (a small table) is great, very well made and designed.
The only issue we had was with the delivery - we chose a delivery point, listed by DHL, near where we live, but it turned out the shop had cancelled the contract with DHL, which I only found out after DHL failed to deliver it there. In the end we had to drive to the DHL depot to collect it. However, Benjamin at Shabby.co.uk, was very helpful throughout, responded to my emails very quickly and chased everything up. In the end we collected the item about a week later than the promised delivery time.

Beware of really poor and cheap quality…
Beware of really poor and cheap quality from this site! Really unhappy with the rug we actually received, the colours of the rug on the shabby.co.uk site are much more vibrant than the pale and insipid print rug we received and re: quality the imagery on site shows a rich matt woollen fabric composition, not the silvery plastic weave rug we received. No free returns and they will not accept that the rug is not as advertised so it will cost us the price we paid for the rug to courier back from the Isle of Wight. We are now stuck with a rug we don’t want due to poor colour representation and disappointing quality. Company only launched this year so could be a scam site..
Needless to say I won’t order from this site again, also advertises as The Rug Seller

I did not receive my ordered item or any updates so I emailed the address given by Shabby for queries . The email bounced back as undelivered . I am now dubious about this whole matter

So disappointed
So disappointed, my order was suddenly cancelled due to a wrong price being put on web by Shabby. They quoted t & cs that they can do this. I will defo pay more attention to t & c in future. Paid via PayPal got full refund. 2 different companies contacted me to explain????? Have been offered a 15 per cent discount if I order again at revised cost.Out of my budget now even with discount. Fantastic selection of items but for my experience it's Shabby by name and Shabby for service.
