Clock ordered on 14-Oct with expected delivery 18-20 Oct. Here I am 2-weeks later, with my second request for a review and still no clock received or any communication from Shabby about expected delivery.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody !!!!!

Company doesn’t respond to emails asking for money back so am taking it that they are a fraudulent company and had no intention to send any goods out !!!
Maybe this will get their attention!!!!

Had to pay over £20 to return an item that was unsuitable! Returns policy is a nightmare don’t bother you’ll be out of pocket

I have ordered a light and two console tables which are good quality and i am very satisfied with them.will definitely use shabby again.

I have not received my order yet, and despite multiple attempts to contact Shabby, I have still not received any replies and no idea whether my order will ever arrive.
I paid £5:99 for 2-4 days delivery and no news at all.
Thank you for your reply, however I can confirm I still haven’t received any emails or info about my item. I have even been checking my junk email and there is absolutely nothing from shabby.
I’m very disappointed with this response as it certainly doesn’t reflect my experience. All I wish is to receive the order I have paid for

Bar table and chairs arrived earlier than expected. Quality ok for the price, once assembled, but assembly was challenging as holes for nuts and bolts didn't line up on many sections. However overall pleasantly surprised given the number of negative reviews I had read.

Still not received item that I purchased which was due for delivery 8 days ago. No other update provided by Shabby or the delivery company, just been told they have my item and that’s it. Terrible customer service.
