The fitter guy was very friendly and we had good interesting conversations .
I will be using them again once my new windows are put in.
Lovely blinds good quality material and they were fitted in a week which is a plus for me .

Everything. From the initial contact right through to fitting in quick time. Kept me updated on every stage and on day of fitting I was updated virtually to the minute the fitter arrived. Problems
Sales rep measured 3 of our windows incorrectly which forced a delay into the installation which was over a week. Fitter was scheduled for a 2nd time to which he cancelled forcing it back another 3 days at a huge inconvenience. Won’t use again.

Terrible company. Communication bad
Terrible communication, too many mistakes with dates, delivering blind when they were told not to, due to work being done in house. Really bad, disappointed. Would never buy again nor recommend shades to anyone. Annoyed purchaser 😡

Absolutely brilliant service and loved our blinds. Only wee snag is the last installation of the kitchen window, the mechanism is broken. But was booked on there and then for another instalment. Great service and great prices especially for a 2 bedroom house

Great experience from start to finish. Easy ordering service. The fitter Duncan was friendly and polite. My new blinds were fitted quickly and with care, I was also given a quick tutorial on how to work the blinds features. Would definitely return again, and I would recommend.
