Our blinds are lovely and though we had some issues, they were resolved quickly. The team was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

We had Lutron electric blinds fitted along the length of the glass sliding doors in our recently completed kitchen/dining extension. The blinds look fantastic and the silent electric system add a real wow factor to the room. The Shading Specialists were excellent through out the process - rapid response to questions about the system, providing successive blind samples and ensuring the right components were sent at the right time despite some delays to the building work. They paid great attention to final fit and without issue sent someone over to finish the fine detail such that the finished look and performance of the blinds are a clear positive addition to the room.

I called Shading Specialists to get some spare parts for a curtain track. I'd bought the track from another supplier. The parts I was after were really inexpensive things so there was no significant profit for them, but they took the time to help and supply me. They even set the parts aside for me to collect, the same day, from their office.

We have worked with shadings for a number of years now, it has always been a pleasure to work with them and they have never failed to meet the brief. More recently the team really pulled it out of the bag for a tight deadline for install! Thank you, Steven and the Team!

We work with Shading Specialists on all our Interior design projects and have been specifying their window treatments for the last 5 years. Great company to deal with. Prompt quote and they did a great job of a tricky installation on a sloped roof.

First class service from start to finish. The quote for an electric sun blind to our external glazed canopy was sent within ten minutes of our enquiry. The surveyor attended the next day and the blind was fitted expertly five weeks later, exactly when they said it would be. The fitters were polite and professional and the finished blind is top quality. Well done Shading Specialists, it is sadly unusual to find such good service but you give it.

Avoid this company if you value after sales service. I had Silent Gliss tracks installed four years ago. And one end came out of the ceiling altogether. I called to ask for a service I was prepared to pay for and was quoted a call-out charge of £300. I am an interior designer and I got advice from a professional, who said the screw and plug were inadequate for a ceiling. Despite this, and several emails, the company did not budge. And frankly they were very rude and dismissive, claiming that if the tracks held up for four years, they were without fault.

Shading Specialists installed all the electric blinds in our house 7 years ago and they all work like if they were new (top quality), recently one of our blinds was damaged by one of our guests and Steven and Emilie managed the situation very quickly to get a technician and fix it, I am not going to say they are cheap because they are not, but if you want quality you have to pay for it, is as simple as that. Adrian (one of his specialist) came yesterday and in record time was able to fix and reset all the blinds around the house. I couldn't be happier. Overall top quality product, an outstanding post-sale customer service and highly qualified technical team, which sort things out for you when needed. Thank you

Amazing job - will definitely recommend!

Shading Specialists have been excellent throughout. From providing a competitive quote, communication with quick responses, great installation team and after care support. We had a combination of Lutron controlled and Silent Gliss manually operated blinds installed.

We met with Steven and he took us though the various options. We went with a Palladium blind and Silent Gliss for the other blinds. They connected to our Crestron system and all move silently. It was a very professional service.

I have rarely dealt with a firm that was so prompt and so easy to deal with, efficient in their recommendations, and pleasing with their after service. My old awning was broken, and rather than hoist a new system on me, they first put forward a reasonable programme for repair, however as it was some years old, I opted for replacement. I am delighted, and although the new remote looked formidable Guy sent me a simple explanation, which even this non-tech octogenarian could understand. Now just send a little sunshine.

Shading Specialists are very professional and their fitters are great. I have worked with them on few projects and the quality of the products especially Silent Gliss are great. I would recommend using their services. Thanks Steve and team. :)

The initial competitive quote from Shading Specialists for a Weinor Paravento side screen led to numerous emails, which were promptly replied to by Guy, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our order was dealt with efficiently and we are delighted with our new side screen.

I have dealt with Shading Specialists several times over the past few years and every time they are quick and efficient and the standard of finish is brilliant. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

Dreadful experience! Got them to do curtain poles rather than silent gliss and they totally messed up the project getting measurements wrong (in one case too big for the room, another they got the track wrong). They pushed back hard on both, though relented on the first because it was too big for the room so really couldn't possibly be anyone else's fault! But the second I've been left to sort out taking back to the manufacturers myself with correct measurements and refit. All I got was unpleasantness and push back, right from the top of the company :(
