Failed delivery twice!!
Ordered an awning which is fine but a problem with the delivery was not good at all. Promised a delivery date and had to chase it myself only to find out it was not coming. Then the same thing the next day so I’m 3 days down on holiday but no compensation given only an apology but that means nothing to me.

We recently had curtain gliders installed by Nafeez. They did a great job and were extremely professional. We would absolutely recommend them. 10/10 service.

We had such an amazing experience with this company some years ago that we chose to use them a second time following an extensive house refurb!
Steven and his team were competitively-priced, super-efficient and beyond accommodating! Our Lutron blinds were delivered much quicker than we has anticipated ..How refreshing it would be if all companies under-promised and over delivered like this one!! A joy to do business with!

...don’t think twice- a pleasure to deal with!
Had a minor problem with one of the motorised blinds fitted 4 years ago as part of a huge fit-out. Not only did they honour the guarantee but arrived within a couple of days and got us sorted. Their customer service is excellence and a huge “big-up” to Adrian who forever has a smile on his face and is amazingly efficient. ( I forgot to mention that the blinds they put fitted were fabulous quality as was their advice as to the type of material we should opt for. Had we’ve gone for our choice it would’ve been an awful mistake. Thanks guys. Would definitely recommend.
