Great product and better customer service.
I've been searching forever for sunglasses that help see the golf ball in fliught and read greens and have spent way too much money on expensive brands. Shady Rays are the best by far with their Green Wolf line of glasses. I have three pair and they are all great.
They compay als has the absolute best customer service ever...not just for sunglasses. Their communication is amazing and do whatever is necessary to support their customers. I can't recommend them enough. Great product, customer service and pricing.

Shady rays is one of the best companies that I have worked with. They offer replacements on their glasses if something goes wrong and it is an easy process. I recently purchased some glasses that went on further sale after my purchase date and they price matched. I love their customer service and their products! I will continue to be a forever customer with them.

Their sunglasses are great, I wear them all day at work and they are comfortable the entire time. Excellent customer if there ever is an issue. Been wearing Shady Rays for years and I won't buy another brand anymore.

Had an issue with broken sunglasses...that style had been discontinued...husband loved them! Sarah helped us find a great replacement, and took care of everything to get the replacements out. He liked them so much, we have ordered 2 more pair!
Damaged Sunglasses Replaced and Upgraded
My sunglasses got damaged. Not only did I get a new pair fast and free, but I got a lens upgrade for my trouble. You can't beat that!
Fred is the best Brand Communications Manager EVER!
Although I did not end up keeping the sunglasses (frames too small), Fred provided excellent customer service through the exchanges and return and I would not hesitate to recommend Shady Rays to friends, as it was to me!
Superior Customer Care!
When I called the Shady Rays customer service number to inquire about an issue I had with a recently purchased pair of sunglasses, I was expecting the usual runaround with many questions and directives to fill out forms, etc. Not the case here! The agent with whom I spoke was very courteous, polite, and helpful and within a very few minutes, the gentleman told me that all I needed to do was send back a couple of photos of the original sunglasses and a new replacement pair would be sent that day.
They arrived in a couple of days and are perfect…as was the outstanding customer care at Shady Rays!🙏🏼😎

Huge thanks to Rene and the Shady Rays Team for the amazing support I received during a recent transaction. After making a purchase I quickly realized that I still had my old mailing address associated with the payment/shipping details. The invoice offered an email to use in the event that an error was noticed. #1, I typically don’t see that option on an invoice, so well done to the team on that one. #2, Not expecting a response, I was shockingly amazed that within minutes I received a personal response from Rene stating that my request was received, and the address was corrected. Taking it a step further she was extremely helpful with a product question that the website didn’t address, and because of her response I was able to work with her further to update my order with the additional product and have it added to my original purchase…with the correct mailing address I might add! ;) If the products are half as good as the customer service, I know I’ll love my purchase.

I have had my sunglasses for 3 years and just needed my lenses replaced , but mine were discontinued so shady rays sent me a brand new pair. me and my hubby wear these and will never wear a different brand, best customer service.

It was so refreshing to work with a company that listens to customer feedback regarding a perceived quality issue, and immediately takes corrective action. I was not seeking a free replacement of my Shady Ray Sunglasses but that was their offer after reading my feedback regarding my issue. This builds brand loyalty ,and they earned my customer loyalty.
Had issue with shades
Had issue with shades, company was absolutely fantastic. Emails were very punctual and extremely polite, replaced sun glasses straight away with no fuss or cost. Had these before and I love them. It's so rare these days to find a company that works like this and actually puts the customer first. Bravo shady rays......

Shady company
Bought the glasses for the warranty, when I went to activate the warranty it said they were not eligible. Send a couple messages to customer support for an explanation, not one inquiry was ever responded to. Dishonesty and smoke in mirrors are the backbone of this shady company.

I had a challenge with my pair of…
I had a challenge with my pair of glasses and they broke. I brought this issue up to CS and determined my head was too big for the pair i selected and caused it to stress the arm out until failure.
I engaged the CS team, sent pictures and without hesitation, they outfitted me with a pair better suited for my head size.

The customer service is amazing!
The customer service is amazing. First of all its nice to get a real person to return an email. I was outside of my return window after getting a gift for a friend that they didn't like / couldn't wear because of an RX, and Shady Rays extended it for me! Its a win win because I wasn't stuck with a pair id never wear and I was able to exchange them for an even better pair with store credit of the difference!
