I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been extremely disappointing.

I paid for this course in full and had already progressed to Week 11. Without proper prior notice, a new quiz system was introduced and applied to existing students. As a result, I was suddenly blocked from accessing my training and forced to go back and complete quizzes from the very beginning just to regain access.

This is not a small inconvenience. It has disrupted my training schedule and forced me to spend unnecessary time on very basic questions that add no real value at my current level. Having already completed the earlier lessons, being required to redo material simply to unlock content is unreasonable and unfair.

What is even more concerning is that I have also been unable to access other parts of the course that I previously paid for, including content from 2024. This raises serious concerns about how access to paid content can be changed or restricted after purchase.

I have made multiple attempts to contact support via email and social media, but I have not received a proper response or resolution. Being ignored while access to paid content is restricted is unacceptable and does not reflect a professional or reliable service.

This experience has significantly impacted my trust in the programme. If you are considering this course, I strongly recommend that you clarify exactly how access works and whether any restrictions can be introduced after purchase.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this course.

They misrepresent their experience level, their legitimacy of lineage, and more. The 12 month mastery course gates off each week, so by the time you realise you've been mislead, you have already passed the narrow refund window.

Everything taught in this course is either surface level Shaolin (that can be found elsewhere for much cheaper), or content lifted from Grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan's Monkey Fist Door school in Taiwan. Shi Heng Yi was kicked out of the school, and is now profiting off of stolen methods he doesn't understand.

He is not a monk (warrior or scholar), he is not a fighter, he is an influencer. Do not be deceived. Shaolin.Online and Shaolin Temple Europe are fraudulent and only hurt an already struggling field of martial arts (kung fu) as it attempts to regain legitimacy.

Do not make the same mistake I did. I feel like the biggest fool.

I admired the Shaolin temple in Germany and all the videos of Master Shi Heng Yi. Then I joined an online course purported to be from She Heng Yi, that lasted for a year and was quite expensive. There was a 14 day cancellation but if you downloaded any free course it was voided. After the 14 days i realised the course was ridiculous and not at all up to the standard I expected.The videos seemed to be re posted from old videos from She Heng Yi. I tried to cancel but the person in charge said I could not. There was no way to tell from the first 14 days how the course would progress because it started very slowly. I think it's a scam. There doesn't seem to be any connection with the "teacher" She Heng yi.
