This is a scam. Do not purchase from their site.

I've been emailing them for ages now and they never get back to me i bought a cami from them but it does nothing for me so I want a refund and they just keep ignoring me

I received one item in the wrong color. I reached out to the customer care and they responded quickly by saying that they will send the right color. Then I realized the size does not fit and wanted to start the return. That’s when the problems begin.

It has been a very disappointing experience - it takes too long to simply start the return and they try to persuade you to get a bigger size 50% off (I did not even mention I needed a bigger size!) and they don’t want you to ship anything back.

In the support chat, the links they share are broken, they misspell words and even use a different company name (Kewlioo?) alongside Shapessy. Note that there is also a 25% restocking fee, and you pay for the shipping AND they ‘inspect’ the items so you may not get paid back if they decide that the item does not fit their return policy.

They also don’t provide the RMA number but just the address to ship back. I suspect they would use that as an excuse not to issue the refund. I will still try to ship the items back and hope for the best but I’d definitely not recommend this Chinese store. The price is good but prepare for no easy returns!

They have the perfect and best customer service. I would suggest emailing because they are busy when you call. They had no problem refunding me when there was a minor issue. the lady i spoke with was super kind and i would order more anytime!!

I was assisted by Sheena. She is friendly, professional, helpful and efficient. Most of all, she provided great customer service to me and is a good representative for Shapessy. That encourages me to shop with this company again.

My experience w/customer service was awesome, she was prompt and empathetic. I just wish if the item wasn't in stock that they should state that so the items are not expected so quickly. I'm disappointed about the wait time but it is what it is.
