I cancelled an order with this company in November of 2025, they said the would refund my money, as I had not received any items and I had cancelled, before items were sent from the Warehouse! They have not returned my money yet!!!! I have contacted the HALIFAX team and they have given me back my money and have taken it away again!! Three times HALIFAX has returned the money and have taken it back again!!!

I hope you read this before buying from them. (Though I saw them on Instagram as Femlush - so even that’s suss). I have never received what I paid for nor have I been refunded and I’m being ghosted by them. No idea how you shut down companies like this as it’s awful that they can continue advertising and tricking people.

This is the reason my new life rule is don’t buy from any brands that you’ve only ever seen advertised on social media and not in the real world, chances are that they aren’t real. Save your money find a firm you recognise to buy similar products (I went for the hold me in type shorts - total fool).

I received my Femlush shapewear, 2 pairs , one of them had a hole in the seam.
I tried several times to email them about the problem and sent photos to support this.
I received no contact at all from them, I’m very disappointed as they are not a cheap item.
I would not buy from this company at all.

Same story as the others on here- still no order after over 3 weeks and no response to email.

Paid and ordered 0n 26/05/2025. No order received. Have sent 6 emails trying to find out where my order is and have not received any reply from them. Clearly a scam company.

Order not received affer one month. Klarna are taking payments anyway

Got the product I ordered but was too big so asked to return, they offered me a partial refund and to keep the product,this was on the 23rd may it has been 5 weeks and still no sign on any refund, keep getting the same automated email saying to be patient it has been processed, so I ameft with bodysuits that don't fit and nothing to show for it, disgraceful company

Ordered on the 20th May with 3-5 days delivery and product hasnt turned up

Paid close to £200, NO ITEMS RECEIVED.

I now understand why there are no reviews shown on their website! I have paid £50 for underwear and have received nothing. Since placing my order on 3rd April 2025 I have not receive any emails from the company concerning my order. An Evri tracking number was shown on their website but this just continues to state that they are still waiting to receive my item from the seller. Like other customers I have been unable to contact the company by phone and my emails have gone unanswered, not even an automated response. I will also have to wait 30 days before I can get a refund through my credit card company but it is not just about the money, it's the inconvenience of having to deal with this issue - I needed the shapewear that I had ordered prior to shopping for a wedding outfit & so a number of appointments have now also had to be rearranged. It is now imperative that this company is forced to close it's website so that no-one else pays for items that they are never going to receive.

Paid £60 for underwear and have received nothing. Multiple emails have remained unanswered and their phone number is an unrecognised number! Company is listed now for compulsory strike off so looks like they are heading for bankruptcy but still a live website taking money from customers who will receive nothing in return! At least have the decency to close down your website if you are in financial difficulties instead of continuing to rob unsuspecting customers who can’t afford to loose money because of your dishonesty!

I did my order paid on 15/2/2024 sent follow up e mails as not delivered. No response I paid with Mastercard and will reclaim my money but have to wait 30 days.
I have bought from this company before through Amazon uk so I was happy to order. They are still taking orders on line!

Ordered placed 11/2/25 received an email confirmation & payment taken from credit card same day. Fast forward 25/2/25, no sign of my order, 2 unanswered emails & phone number that is not recognised plus all these reviews! I have contacted my Credit card company to deal with this company!

I ordered an item on the February 13 got an email to say I would be advised as to when it was being dispatched. Like most people on here I’ve got nothing wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. I got a telephone number which was not working I’ve emailed but didn’t get a response. If it was possible to give no stars that’s would be what I feel about this company of thieves.

Zero stars. Scam company do not order from this them . You will not receive your goods. I was lucky I paid using my American Express so I was refunded and they have the fraud team looking into the company

Ordered and paid over £50 for a garment on 23rd January 2025.
28th January 2025 recieved e-mail to say garment dispatched and royal mail tracking number.
When checking the royal mail site the number. Which said waiting for package to enter system ie not at Royal mail.
Have sent serveral e-mails to company as no phone number available. I have not recieved any reponse !!!!!
20 February 2025 tracking number has been removed.
All I can think that this company is a scam company DO NOT USE.
Will forward the information to trading standards

Ordered item on the 2nd February £61 bodysuit. Not been delivered and have sent 4 emails over this and had no reply to any. Definitely a scam company. Will be reporting them to trading standards

Purchased 22nd January, still not delivered, stating Royal Mail expecting it! No reply to my emails, no phone number to call, stay away! DO NOT buy anything from here! Scam company, you should be ashamed of yourselves!!
