I was looking at the beautiful copper bottle on Amazon and the reviews where not all positive claiming damaged or substandard quality so I thought would go to an independent company and make my purchase. So glad I did; my bottles arrived in perfect condition, I was also sent an email from the company apologising that they might be a delay in receiving my goods due to staff sickness and being a man down, which I didn’t mind as they were managing my expectations.
Overall a lovely company to buy goods from and would recommend them.

Have recently made two orders with this company and the goods I bought were first class quality, they arrived very well packaged indeed (a few items of crockery so wrapping well essential) I was kept informed of delivery schedule and dispatch was very quick. Also free postage for over £30 which was great. Highly recommend and definitely give them 5*

Shared Earth have a wonderful website that is very easy to use and user friendly, it makes finding what you are looking for very easy. The overall look and feel of the website is everything you could hope for. The process from 1st click to last couldn't be any better, making it very easy to spend money but you do get some excellent products in return. I was kept well informed without email bombardment. My products arrived well within the timeframe outlined and I couldn't be happier with my purchases or my experience.

I ordered two glass mobiles, which arrived in good time and were each well packed in a protective box with shredded paper padding inside..

Great communication by email on delivery times, lovely friendly staff. Delighted with the rainbow pottery I ordered. Only had 1 cereal bowl for years & finally got round to ordering side plates, more bowls & mugs with the spoons (sell without spoons as well). Very strong pottery & beautifully painted in bright rainbow colours. The teapot is next on my list! Even the lovely driver offered to carry the box into my house if I thought I'd struggle with it. 5* from me
