I had the pleasure of having Tracy as my SVQ Level 4 assessor and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to support me through the qualification.Tracy was incredibly patient, understanding and encouraging throughout the entire process. There were times when I struggled to meet deadlines due to personal circumstances, but she never made me feel judged or pressured. Instead, she offered reassurance, motivation and the support I needed to keep going and complete my qualification.

Her communication was always excellent. She was approachable, responsive and explained everything clearly, making the assessment process much less overwhelming. Tracy is highly professional, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in the success of her learners. She provided constructive feedback that helped me improve my work and always recognised the effort I was putting in.

What stood out most was her empathy and belief in me, even during the times when I doubted myself. Her positive attitude and commitment made a real difference to my learning experience.

The training was well structured, and relevant to my role in health and social care. My assessor was Julie Weir, she was very supportive, provided helpful feedback, and guided me throughout the process.
I especially valued the opportunity to reflect on my practice, build confidence in areas such as person-centred care, safeguarding, and medication support, and gather real workplace evidence.
