I had been struggling with personal and health issues for some time and found the prospect of working towards this required qualification daunting to say the least. The company were patient with my poor computer skills as well as my health issues, which dragged on, worsening to hospitalisation.

They kept up their contact and were supportive at every turn, and my wobbles were many.

I just completed my SVQ. Do you know what? I met the best Assessor. Ma Tracy, is an Assessor per excellence worthy of emulation in all ramification; BRAVO and HUGS. Her approach, flexibility and style is second to none, breaking down difficult ideas and concepts vis-a-vis applicable Codes and Legislations in the Health and Social Care Sector, providing the needed resources/materials and ALWAYS prompt in response.
