Thank you for your review, and it was really good to speak with you on the phone as well.
As I mentioned, I’m sorry to hear you’ve been disappointed with the slippers purchased back in September 2024. From the photos you sent through, we can see a substantial level of wear over the 18 months since purchase.
Sheepland is my own small family business, and we really do care about what we make and send out. Everything is handled here by us in our little workshop, and there’s a lot of time and care that goes into each pair, so we always want people to feel happy with what they receive.
We’re always here if something doesn’t feel right, so it’s a shame we didn’t hear from you sooner as we could have helped much earlier on.
That said, I do hope the resolution we’ve offered has gone some way to putting things right for you, and that your overall experience with us now feels a little more positive.

Lovely quality and great customer service
The product is lovely and of great quality (baby sheepskin rug/ pram size sheep skin). I had some issues with Royal Mail not delivering and the customer care team were really friendly, prompt, and helped resolve the issue straight away, even though it was Royal Mail who was at fault. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The customer service at Sheepland is fantastic, very personalised and it really feels as though nothing is too much trouble. The products are excellent quality and I would highly recommend their slippers. I will never wear any other brand.

A very satisfied customer
I don't often leave reviews but felt I had to in this case! The ladies in the office were very helpful in advising me which size of Luxury Sheepskin Indoor Slipper Boots to purchase. I take a size 6 in shoes and have wide feet but found the size 7 fits perfectly. I am delighted with my purchase and that is putting it mildly! The boots are high quality and so, so comfortable, the best slippers I have ever had! I had sheepskin slipper boots previously with a rubber sole which lasted years but the sole finally cracked. To replace them I originally purchased slipper boots with a rubber sole from another vender but returned them as they were so uncomfortable. I then saw Sheepland's sheepskin sole slipper boots & I'm so glad I purchased them as I can't stop wearing them ! A very satisfied customer! Thank you Sheepland!

I’m on my 3rd pair of slippers
I’m on my 3rd pair of slippers, I love them, live in them, toasty in winter but never sweaty. Wouldn’t have any others. And recently bought a sheepskin rug for a bathroom, so lovely under bare foot.

Absolutely beautiful slippers. Very well made and extremely warm. The ordering system was easy and delivery very quick. Perfect for cold winter weather. Good quality as well. I would highly recommend and would purchase fron here again.

'Toastie' feet
What a pleasure to have a real live person answer the phone after just a few rings and all without having to press 'numbers'. The staff are extremely helpful and service is brilliant. In my opinion Sheepland slippers are the very best, so snug, warm and most importantly - well made. They are definitely far superior to other 'top brands' I have purchased in the past . 10 out of 10.

Unbelievably Copasetic
My feet had become really painful due to a combination of the cold/poor blood supply/age related degradation of the fat pads. I bought a pair of Sheepland's sheepskin boots and immediately noticed a difference: Seriously, I do mean immediately! Over a period of 4-5 days my feet have regained their normal degree of feeling and all sense of pain has abated, presumably due to the improved insulation afforded by the new boots which I now wear around the house most of the time.

I can't tell you how pleased I am to hear the difference the boots have made for you, especially so quickly. That must have been such a relief! Sheepskin really does have the most magical temperature regulating properties, not to mention incredible warmth, so it’s wonderful to hear they’ve helped bring some comfort back.
We’ve been working with sheepskin since 1986, and I could happily talk the hind leg off a donkey about the benefits of it, so it’s genuinely lovely to hear you’ve experienced those benefits first hand.

Brilliant service - Wonderful product
The service at Sheepland is absolutely first class, and the product absolutely wonderful. A pair of sheepskin slippers, warm, cosy, comfortable, beautiful. Laura and Zoe were incredibly helpful, really went out of their way to ensure that I'd get them. I wear a small size 4. Sheepland didn't offer the slippers I wanted in my size, but they made them for me nonetheless. I call this good old fashioned, excellent service you don't get anymore. And the slippers are a really great product. I couldn't recommend this Company more, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I would say to others, don't think twice about placing an order with them when you need good footwear. They certainly have a new customer for life, with me.

I’m so pleased we could help get the exchange sorted, especially with it being a Christmas gift, that always adds a bit of pressure when sizes aren’t quite right. I’m glad it all came together in the end and that they were worth the wait!

Incredible company!! Bought a pair of sheepskin boots - most comfortable boots I've ever bought! Amazing! Emailed about a query about boot protector spray and I received a phone call from Laura very helpfully talking me through different sprays to use, where to buy them, how to use them and how they can protect the boot - even though the company would not financially benefit from this.
