Easy to order. Package arrived quickly and I could track it quite easily. Wish I'd had my camera ready when my husband put his foot into the first slipper.His face lit up! He loves them.

Having ordered a pair of boots, and having had to return them as I had ordered the wrong size ( my own fault) the larger size I had asked for in exchange arrived before scheduled, accompanied by a very nice note saying that they hoped the replacement boots were suitable, as indeed they were. It makes a really pleasant change to purchase quality goods manufactured in the UK at what I consider to be a realistic price, and deal with a company which has excellent customer service. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Very informative site, lots of pictures so you get an idea what you are ordering. Delivery was super fast. The rug is beautiful, no smell at all, so fluffy and unique. Beautifully packaged too, if you are looking for a gift. I am glad I've chosen Sheepland.co.uk to purchase a rug from. Put it on my work chair to keep me warm when working from home and on the floor to step on to in the morning. Highly recommend the company

It would not have been possible for my order to have been delivered any faster! On line one day, slippers delivered the next. I would not look anywhere else for my warm, comfortable winter slippers.

Very clear website showing products. Easy to navigate. I was able to order my products, and although there was a problem with the merchant bank, not accepting Mastercard, it did accept visa, so i just used a different card. This was a blip on the merchant side, which would be rectified by them, not the retailer. I had a lovely handwritten note apologising for this, which I really appreciated, and this showed care and kindness toward their customers, a rare thing these days, and that is why I like to use family businesses to purchase from. The products are beautifully made, well packed and very quick delivery. I will use this family business again. it is good to support local businesses and not corporate chains. I think the products are well priced, and good value.

These Moccasin slippers are gorgeous. Beautifully made, incredibly comfortable, and warm sheep fur. I really appreciated the personal phone call to make sure I'd sized up correctly. Outstanding customer care and quality. I love them! I really want their Snuggs but they don’t make them in my size. When they do, am buying.

Slippers arrived quickly, are comfortable and well-made. Bought to replace ones I bought years ago so I'm confident they last well. Good they make them in a size 13 too.
