Many thanks to Ashley and the team at Shelbourne motors for helping our family out when our old focus finally called it a day. Brilliant customer service from Ashley who got us sorted out with a brand new Dacia Stepway which we are loving. 5 Star Service - November 2021
This week I purchased a new car from Marcus at Autoselect. From start to finish he was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We visited on several occasions and were so impressed with the high level of customer service. The purchase process was smooth with all of my questions handled in a friendly and competent manner. Customer aftercare has also been excellent with a call to ensure I am still happy with my purchase and to check if I had any further queries. I highly recommend dealing with Marcus at Autoselect.

2015 Dacia Logan MCV
Purchased a 2015 Dacia Logan MCV in June from Portadown Shelbourne branch. The car was very competitively priced but also had the bonus of a Dacia / Renault 12 month warranty.
Other dealers I looked at similar specced and priced Logans only had 3 - 6 month warranty and were generally unfriendly.
Aaron at Shelbourne was extremely helpful and friendly and arranged for a towbar to be fitted and wired up as I required it at a competitive price.
Car is economical, comfortable, some nice extras, spacious, and hopefully will prove to be a reliable workhorse for many years.
Will definitely be recommending friends and family to visit Shelbourne if they are on the market for a Dacia / Renault vehicle.

Just bought a Range Rover evoque dealt with James Child’s he was absolutely fabulous from start to finish made it really easy and fast and kept me up to date with everything by phone or email! Didn’t feel pushed into a jeep I didn’t want felt totally in control of deciding if I wanted to go through with the purchase. Would defo go back and ask for him.

We met Marcus at Shelbourne Motors. We were unsure about which car to buy. There were three in the last batch we had decided on. Marcus Pringle was lovely, really personable and very genuine. He cared about our opinion by asking us what we needed in a car. He also did not steer us towards the most expensive car but showed the features of all three with as much energy and enthusiasm. He is a brilliant salesman because he cared about us and our experience in Shelbourne Motors. I would definitely recommend Shelbourne Motors for their extensive range of cars but mostly for their customer service. We purchased the more expensive car eventually, a lovely Honda Civic which is perfect for our needs. A very positive experience with very efficient, professional attention from Marcus.

Were do I start, I would like say a big thank you to Jamie from.Shelbourne motor's for all his help and support through what can be a stressful time, looking for a new car, well it can be for me. I sent an enquiry about a car they had, Jamie sent me a video of the car, so I had a little preview before seeing her in reality. The customer care, I would say is excellent, nothing was to much trouble, one thing I will say if I had a question I wasn't made feel stupid, some places which I had visited before going to Shelbourne of course wanted the sale, however they fell at the first hurdle by their attitude. So I would strongly recommend if you are looking for a car, and receive good customer care I suggest go to Shelbourne Motor's. 5 star 🌟 all the way.
