The products are simply outstanding, have ordered from them already several times. Their customers support is very helpful and very professional. Most of the products require certain technical knowledge, but the documentation is sufficient and customers forum is always very helpful.

Innovative products to a fare price
I have received all my items ordered and in an acceptable time. Everything works fine! The company is growing and are sometimes a bit optimistic when new products are due for sale. If you want inexpensive and innovative products, this is it.
Very satisfied customer and user of shelly products
I am using shelly products for over a year now. The shelly 1 at first because of the tasmota firmware possibility, but lately also the shelly 2.5 (for a heat/cool thermostat setup with a heatpump). The products are very reliable as is the company. in total i had 3 shipements from them, all three arrived in time. It is true that the packaging is not optimal, perhaps a box shipping option would be nice at a premium cost. After sales are great if you join the shelly support group on facebook. The last shipment i received was a black friday purchase of 24 shelly products. delivery time was 20 days from order date. as of today, none of my shelly switches (8 pcs at this momen) has ever broken down, behaved irratic or lost connection with my network. It is however a technical product, that requires some knowledge of electrical systems. Most of the stories of customers that are not satisfied with the product come from lack of knowledge and installation errors. You cannot blame the company for your own ignorance. I am a very satisfied customer and will be using shelly products again for new domotica upgrades again and again.

Bad aftersales
Good product, bad aftersales. No response on questions, already waiting 3 months. Current focus of company is sales and branding, not delivering good support to existing customers.
I was so stupid
I was so stupid, to buy 5 pcs Shelly bulb.. I must say, that it is by far the worst smart bulb product i have ever used.. And that includes low price ebay items.. It is simply not worth the money.. 2 are working, but I had to reset the bulb many times. Before it Even began to show up, on n my Network scanner.. And i was only a feet away.. But 2 hours of restarting.. Resetting.. I guess i won the jackpot.. 2 devices are online.. But.. 1 bulb, is not Even lighting up.. It just did a quick flash, and died on me.. I am on my 4. Hour trying to connect the last 2.. And yes.. My network are working.. I have en iot setup, wich Runs multipel devices.. And cheap ebay devides.. But this Shelly crap, is useless.. I Even tryed another Phone.. But No.. If i am Lucky the Shelly bulb, shows in my scanner.. But the App Failed to includes it.. Even that it some times see the bulb.. But it fails... How to return this garabage??
