I sent for a dress I thought would be nice for 4th of July.
When it came in it was a small, I ordered a 3x cause I know how sizes are different there. I text right back the next day to support and after a couple days i got a return email. Saying put it in the original pkg take some photos to show whats wrong. Well I sent 7 pictures and one of the original dress so they can see how it doesnt look like the pic at all. So ive been sending 2 emails a day for 3 weeks and no one will get back to me. SCAMMY to me!!

Do not buy from this company! The clothes shown on the website are NOT the clothes you will receive! They take weeks to be mailed and come from China with no labels or tags showing what the materials are. They do not have any lace and the material is what you use for cheap table clothes. It appears that they order from Temu and send the clothes to you like they made them. They will not give you a refund or give you a return address to send the clothes back. You will have to dispute on your credit card for a refund.

Ordered 2 hoodies on April 6. Status on May 2 says it has shipped but as of May 30 it has not arrived. Phone number is NOT in service and many emails are NOT replied to. Filed complaint with Shopify and also no reply.

This is regarding Wearshe out of China. I ordered what I thought was a beautiful dress to wear to a wedding. Once it arrived, it was a polyester piece of crap that barely resembled the ad and had none of the beautiful details. I requested a pre-paid return label and a refund (and sent pics). I was told I had to pay for the return mailing and once received, a panel would review to see if a refund could be granted. This after about 10 emails back and forth. Needless to say, I threw the dress in the trash. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM WEARSHE. THEY ARE FRADULENT SCAMMERS FROM CHINA!!!

Difficulty getting a refund. You have to email them for a returns form and no one replies until beyond the 14 day window. Avoid this company at all costs!

Not as advertised. I emailed them. And they wanted pictures. I email and send The pictures to them three times. Items were totally wrong. Sizes were way off and fabric was not as advertised. I asked for my money back. No response again. Terrible customer service. They take your money and send you garbage.
And ignore your emails.

I emailed july 6th, 10th, and 21st. Still no response. And I emailed back to their request for hung up items photographed. So there is no way its the wrong email address.

Scam...

I purchased a men's shirt. The sleeves are too short and the fabric is poor quality. I waited for two weeks to receive the shirt. I do not recommend this company.

Bought a full set for my sister from the new collection and the fit and quality is fantastic. Would 100% buy again in another colour or design.

Brought the straight leg joggers, wanted a smart casual look and these are perfect so comfortable the material is amazing.
