Good service, very good tracking

Well it took so long to get here. But I really like it. When the oil runs out, can I refill the bottle myself?

I did not get a rose quartz roller, I ordered two bottles of the product and they both have plastic rollers with no additional items also it was advertised to be used as a face moisturiser but on box says for arms , legs and abdomen? I’m confused?

Do not buy this product, the roller ball does not work, I've tried to get a refund and they won't give me one. Tell me I have to return to the warehouse in China at a cost of $40 or $50 bucks. I wish I had read these reviews before buying, hopefully this will help someone else not get duped.

Wonderful all purpose oil I add frankincense and use it for my face♥️but can use it anywhere for dry skin.

The product was not what was advertised. "Organic Castor Oil with Rose Quartz Roller" contains zero Organic Castor Oil but a number of other ingredients. And the roller is made of plastic.

The roller ball does not work - I have to press so hard the oil comes out through the seal. Not usable as is - very disappointed.

The order came in quick time.Updates were continuous. The product was as I expected. The downside was the packaging instructions were so small that they could not be read.

The roller is not quartz! It is clearly plastic. I am extremely disappointed!

My product just arrived today. I haven’t had a chance to use. The fact I actually received the product is a plus.

Did not do what was shown, Pulled the hair and was not comfortable for dog. False advertising. I will have to pre-shed and do a lot of brushing just to get comb to go through my Aussie's coat Also, took forever to arrive. Thought it was an American base company I ordered from. Really not happy

I haven’t used the product yet but the shipping was horrible it took a month to receive it but if the product works it’ll all be forgotten that’s why I gave 3 stars anyway we will see what happens

Just received the product and so far so good 😊 took a big of time getting to me but overall I’m pleased.

My knife is so dull I can't do anything with it. You sent me 3 and they all are useless. More than likely I will trash them.

From the time I made my purchase, I was kept informed of the progress of my delivery. It was delivered intact. I haven’t had a chance to use the product as yet.
