There's a clear scam taking place here and it does not make Trustpilot look very trusty when they give this company a 4+ rating. Check out Yelp reviews, these guys are super sketch.

I needed two vehicles transported within a strict date and time window—one from Jonesboro, Georgia to Port St. Lucie, Florida, and another from Port St. Lucie, Florida to West Point, New York—all while my wife and I were traveling. This was my second time using Ship Auto Now, and once again, the experience was excellent.

Brad, my point of contact, was outstanding. He kept me consistently updated, especially during times when I couldn’t reach the drivers directly for ETA updates. When one driver’s truck broke down, Brad acted immediately and secured a replacement without delay. In another situation, when a driver kept postponing the delivery time, Brad stepped in, contacted the company, and ensured they reached out to me promptly with accurate information.
Despite the challenges, both vehicles were successfully delivered to their destinations on time. Brad made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend working with him if you need reliable vehicle transport services.

The trip took about 2–3 days, and both vehicles arrived in excellent condition, just as they were before shipping. Brad, the driver, was professional and handled everything with care. I had called about 5 different auto transport companies and they were all good but what sat this company aside was the communication. Christina Hall was who I spoke to and she was excellent in every way. Very professional and answered all questions. She is great. I should have looked at the reviews . costed me days of not having my vehicle on time. They act like scammers and couldn't fulfill their agreement. RUN TO somewhere else.
