Everyone was really kind and made sure I received my vehicle in a timely manner, he was well informative and great to ask to, The dealership process was done in less than a day, although the bank process took a bit more time, I bought my car last week but meanwhile I got everything sorted out, everyone I spoke to was a Gem they made sure I was informed, given the right information and addressed in my question, I want to tell everyone thank you for making it happen. My van arrived safely to my destination but 2 days before we were told our price was being raised to almost double when we had a signed contract for a certain rate. There was a SEVERE lack of transparency involved and unprofessionalism in the way it was handled. Terrible customer service.

I signed contract to ship my car for $450 gave $150 - THEN it was bait and switch. Four weeks he could not find a driver and suddenly the price went up to $700- $800. Of course they’ve got my $150. It was a terrible negative experience in this company should not be in business.

Being this was the first time, I ever had a car shipped to me from another state, I was very nervous, based on the reviews I read about several shipping companies charging outside the price quoted(driver) unbeknownst to the customer which they forced you to pay up the difference or lose your car; Sophia Johnson ensured me, there will not be an hidden fees and she delivered… The driver Jose was totally professional and down to earth which is a plus in my book as well as Sophia professionalism and honesty…. I will recommend these two for any future endeavors…

It started with Christina Hall 518 676 8170.. She is very nice. She will work with whatever day you need your vehicle picked up. She is courteous and does everything she says she will do to get your car shipped to you in a timely manner. My car was picked up Saturday morning at 10:30 AM in Florida and was delivered to me by Sunday evening in Virginia. This was the best Customer Service experience ever. I will definitely recommend them to anybody who needs their car transported.. Thank you Christina and Sara (transporter).

Rebecca (786‑829‑7910) gave me a great deal and helped me with shipping my car across the country. I needed to ship it from NJ to LA and the service I received was good. The only thing I did not like was the price change the day before my car was picked up, but the price was lower than what I was getting quoted from other companies. I would recommend her.
