I was a bit skeptical at first about shipping my vehicle. However, I was very blessed when Christina Hall from the company did her best to schedule my vehicle with a driver. She was polite, courteous, and extremely attentive. She went out of her way to find me a driver and for the quoted price. The car was delivered exactly when stated and arrived in the same condition it was when picked up. Thank you to Christina, the driver, and Ship Auto Now for great service!!!

(BAIT AND SWITCH )RUN

I had been getting emails and calls up until I signed the contract. I signed the contract on august 18 2025. I received a call from Max, stating that he needed my credit card information. Because there is a $150 reservation fee. He took my credit card information and assured me that my vehicle will be picked up by Friday, August. The 8.22.2025 .I called every day up until Friday to get the confirmation number of the driver and information on whether my vehicle was exactly being picked up on Friday. I was assured Wednesday and Thursday that my vehicle would be picked up on Friday. Well, fast forward to thursday, august 21.25. I call Max asking for the confirmation number and the driver once again. And he assured me, it will be picked up on Friday 5pm to 7pm. No worries. Friday comes 8.22.25. I call no response Max calls back and says we are still trying to locate a driver, 5pm to
7pm. I call it 545. And I ask Max, Max, where's the confirmation number? Is the driver coming? He said, yes, we're still trying to locate a driver. But they should be there between 5pm and 7pm. Well 8p m rolls around, and I text him, and he goes, well, ma'am, we're still trying to locate a driver. Um, he can't leave his location because he doesn't have enough vehicles on his truck to leave. However, we can do on saturday, same pick up time. Well here we are at saturday 8.23.25. I call in the morning in a text. So he texts back and says, man, we are still working on it. So430pm i send him a text and said cancel. I'm no longer interested.He tells me well, you know, there is a 200 cancellation fee. I said you breached the contract. You assured me that someone would be there yesterday and today and no one has showed up.No one has contacted me.And you don't even have a driver information, and you're saying, because you keep telling me you're still working on it.So please cancel. Then all of a sudden he has a driver. He located that can do the job for$2400. I asked him had he lost his mind. He says the driver that's not his normal route, but he could send me the driver's information. And he could do the price then for 2000. I stated once again to cancel not interested. He said, but I will have to charge you. I stated, no I have in writing. Where you breached the contract because you stated it will be there on Friday. Then he goes, those are just estimates. Well, then if it was an estimate, you should not have guaranteed me. Pick up on thursday, friday and then ask me again friday.Can it be today same time. So I told him I have all of that in writing, so if I was to take him to court, he would lose, because he breached the contract, and it's all in writing. That's when he finally said, okay, I will cancel. Then fast forward to 8.25.25 I find another company to do it. They said until ship auto takes off board they can't help me. I text Max he says remove my negative review because he said we have 2 many. I said no so he STATED HE would not take off national truck board. So I removed he took off board. So know that my vehicle is shipped by a great company. I AM reposting. DON'T USE.

Justin promised me that the price he quoted me would be the price I would pay.
I trusted he was telling the truth. The morning it was supposed to be picked up he claimed the driver got in an accident and that he would find me a different driver which he did at more than double the cost.
The price went from $400.00 to $875.00.
If they don't want reviews like this, they should honor their original bid.

HORRIBLE COMPANY/SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE! After receiving several quotes, I signed a contract to transport my vehicle from IL to NV at a price of $750. I spoke with an Indian man with a heavy accent named "Bob" (probably a fake name). The day before they were supposed to pick up my car, they changed the price to $1300. I did not agree and they did not pick up my car. They took my $250 deposit, breached the contract, and blame me for getting quotes from other companies. Thankfully, I was able to file a dispute with my credit card company, and they credited the amount back to my account. These people are scammers!

Bob worked hard to get the best driver for the delivery. They did great. I would definitely use them again Bob Doss 518-600-2754
