I signed a contract with them and the day before pickup in late afternoon they contacted me to say that the price had almost doubled. When I pushed back they agreed to "only" what amounted to a 50% increase. When I asked them to provide carrier information they refused, only offering to do a three way call with me, themselves, and the driver (somehow I doubt there was a real driver) and wouldn't provide DOT numbers, information about the drivers insurance or any answer any questions that a reasonable person would want to know. Then when I refused to agree without that info, they had the nerve to say that I was trying to play games with them. Lol. I don't know if they are a complete scam or if they are not doing any work until they get customer to agree to an exorbitant rate, but either way, I have no interest with doing business with a company like this. I'm just glad they revealed their true nature when I was still able to cancel. I can only imagine what might have happened.

Truck broke down in the middle of nowhere and had a driver ready to ship it under 24 hours!!! Fast and simple, will use again!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a shipping company. I was quoted $650 to ship my car — a price I agreed to and signed for. But when the time came, no driver was scheduled and I was left in limbo for over a week with zero accountability or real updates.

After being strung along and desperate to get my car moved since I needed it for work, I was pressured into paying $1,100 — $450 more than the original quote. Why? Because apparently, no driver would accept the original price. That’s called bait and switch, and it’s exactly how they operate.

They lure you in with a low quote, knowing full well they can’t get a driver at that price. Then, when you’re out of options and time, they jack up the rate and hope you cave. It’s manipulative, dishonest, and downright unethical.

Do NOT trust this company. Save yourself the stress and money. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

Justin with Ship Auto communicated very well with me. He let me know correct price upfront and made sure I was up to date even though drive came hours later after set time. Once he picked up, I was able to track locals my vehicle which was very helpful. The tow man ended up not completing the full delivery due to mechanical issues. The driver also had great communication and provided me a discount for the inconvenience! Thank you for your service regardless it made it from state to state for an affordable price!
