The delivery was on time as promised. Only minor damage to the outside of the shipping boxes with no damage to their contents.
Very fast shipping, excellent customer service and very great deals on any furniture that you need. The quality was worth it as well. I'll be a forever customer.
I ordered my loveseats and fully expected to wait at least 2 or more weeks for everything to be delivered. Everything was at my door 5 days later! There was no hassle, no issues with the loveseats, they were exactly as described but better in person. They are good quality. I also didn't have to pay for shipping or delivery, which was a money saver in itself.
I'd definitely buy from them again in the future.

I always order my furniture from this company, and I have no complaints. It takes 1 week or less to arrive at my door whenever I order from here. Product is always as described, and I have a great experience.

Terrible paid for expedited shipping and over a week later was emailed saying they couldn’t fulfill my order right before Xmas after three emails inquiring about my order. I’ll never order from here again or recomend anyone else to order from here neither.

We ordered a vanity for our daughter for Christmas and we started to put it together. The instructions read to first do an inventory of the parts. So we did. We were missing to of the drawer side rails and the lighted mirror was shattered. So we sent Ship it Furniture an email and they responded with so sorry for the inconvenience and we can understand your daughters disappointment but we don’t replace missing parts. It was the craziest thing I have ever heard from a company that clearly is in the wrong and didn’t send all the parts.. they didn’t even respond about the shattered mirror. I’ve asked them to start the return process but I’m sure they will give a horrible response to this as well!! I WARN EVERYONE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.. CLEARLY A SCAM OPERATION!!! My next email will be the BBB TO FIX THIS MESS.
UPDATE—
Just as I thought this company is awful, they are now telling me that I can pay to ship the broken and missing parts vanity back to them at my expense. Once they review that the packaging is in good shape and the products all there then they will issue me a refund.. again crazy!! I’m being punished for a bad company that can’t pack their product with all the right parts and broken glass when I open the box. This came from their assistant manager! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAD BUSINESS. THEY DONT DESERVE HARD WORKING FOLKS MONEY AND WILL PROBABLY BE OUT OF BUSINESS IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

Even though I was unable to get the item I ordered (it was actually out of stock at the warehouse that COULD deliver to my location), I am so impressed with their customer service. I was notified in approximately 12 hours from the time I placed the order, that they were unable to fill the order and it was cancelled, and a refund would be issued. I emailed them to ask how long it would take for the refund. In less than 24 hours, I had a very apologetic response AND the refund was already issued. I will definitely give this company another chance because of the excellent customer service. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I REALLY wanted that particular item and I'm soooo disappointed that I can't get it.
I loved the artwork I bought for my apartment.
My experience was so-so cause I was NEVER INFORMED of a delivery date to my elderly mother’s home. Had no time to prepare for the delivery of the products.
Item came before expected delivery date. Nice prices for really nice furniture. Items are as described.
When I made my initial order, the price was $92+/-. I paid the advertised price. About 30 min later, I was advised that it was not in stock and cancelled the order which was reimbursed. I checked again and the price was now $120+/-. I paid again and it was approved and shipped. A little frustrating, but the item shipped on time and was what I was looking for because it matched one that I had in another room.
