Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Unfortunately they were very narrow so had to return them. The whole process was effortless, both ordering, receiving and returning.

Good value. Trainers are good to look at and very comfortable.

Ordered a pair of size 10 men's boots. Received them only to discover that one was a size 9, the other a size 10. Returned them. Over two weeks later had to chase refund. Was paid the day after my chaser but excluding postage cost despite me asking for this to be refunded in original message due to error on their part. Sent further message and postage was refunded next day. No apology for mistake with order, delay in processing refund or omitting postage refund. Wouldn't recommend.

Bonjour, nous sommes le 1 juin 2024, j'ai commandé une paire de baskets le 31 mars 2024, à ce jour je n'ai toujours rien reçu.
J'ai bien envoyé deux messages via le site mais ils sont restés sans réponse.
Je ne sais pas comment faire pour obtenir mes baskets ou me faire rembourser mes 86 €...
Donc si ce site prend la peine de lire les avis postés ici, je rappelle mon numéro de commande qui est 202403312047208932449.
Paiement le 31 mars 2024 : 77,22€
Mais j'ai payé plus au total car les prix indiqués sur le site sont en euro mais en fait une fois que vous avez passé commande et bien vous vous rendez compte que votre banque vous rajoute des frais car USA...
Au total j'ai payé plus de 86€ pour des baskets affichées à 67€.

J'espère que cet avis fera avancer la situation pour moi mais surtout qu'il fera réfléchir d'autres clients potentiels pour qu'ils ne se retrouvent pas dans ma situation.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Placed an order on 26.3.24 (it’s now 30.5.24) & still not got my order. I’ve emailed them numerous of times. Next step is contact my bank & trading standards.

Shoes arrived quickly and was pleased with them. Looked just the same as advert.

I had to return some faulty sandals in a hurry before going on holiday. NADINE couldn’t have been more helpful!! She checked the had another pair. -and arranged for them to be sent out to me by tomorrow!! She was delightful to speak to, so cheerful and immediately willing to help me quickly. Pavers is lucky to have her on their staff. Well done NADINE. !!

Not happy about refund amount not having taxes refunded

My experience with the order was very swift, goods came within the stated time & period. Unfortunately, the item was returned due to leather sandles been tough & the sole of the sandle quality. 5 star on the refunding my payment within 7 days. Please don't be put off this is my experience.....

This was my first of many Pavers footware. Comfort and good value for money.
I had been told about Pavers by my sister, she told me how comfertable they are and now i know.
I wanted a pair of biker boots that had good tread for the coming winter, so went to Pavers in Woodlands nursery in Hinckley Leicestershire. So,glad i did.
From the moment i put them on in the shop they were sooooo comfertable.
I got some terraccota red ones that look great, the fit is perfect for my wide feet, i have Rhumatoid Arthritis and find comfy good looking footware difficult, if not impossible to find.
I did not have to “break them in” good from the get go, my husband thinks i will be wearing them to bed next. He even got a pair while we were there as they were so good.
This will not be my only Pavers pair.
The ladies in the shop were friendly and healpful with good customer care i can’t praise them enough.
