I ordered a pair of boots from Shoehorn…
I ordered a pair of boots from Shoehorn.ie online recently in the biggest size available (as I wear orthotics).
Unfortunately they were too small so I had to return them but I was very impressed by the fact that returns were free. And I received my refund so speedily and had a lovely email from Nicola. I'll definitely shop there again.

Fantastic service
Ordered my boots on Sunday, they have just arrived. Its Wednesday lunchtime. Beautiful boots. Soft materials, fit is spot on. The speed on which they arrived is amazing. I will definitely be buying from this company again.

Excellent retail experience
I contacted Shoehorn to enquire about the width of shoe I wanted to purchase as I normally have some difficulty in getting a shoe that fits without causing me problems and which is also nice shoe that I want to buy! I spoke with Nicola who advised me, I had already selected the shoes, and these were received in the post the very next day and are a perfect fit. To speak with a real human being was a joy and getting accurate informtion instead of having to take a leap in the dark with a purchase. Great service Shoehorn.
