Sent two pair of trainers for cleaning and repaint, received prompt service, came back like new, don’t know how they do it, definitely use again. Sending a bag this week.

From beginning to end this service is efficient and professional.

Numerous of times came back numerous of times due to there awful paintwork cracking then receive the trainers back for the millionth time of these after taking the paint off and they have marked my trainers badly and accusing me off doing this. This company is atrocious. Accusing customers of there wrong doing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Can also prove that the trainers weren’t marked before they went to them. Joke of a company.

I enquired with shoe lab & asked if they was able to clean my partners UGG Boots & my Alexander Mcqueens the answer was yes..

We sent both pairs of shoes straight away, the results were amazing. Both pairs looked bran new on return.

Very poor service recieved. The shoes weren't that much cleaner than when they went, they took a lot longer than promised and came back missing my dustbag. There are much better providers about.

I have emailed multiple times as my wife shoes were sent to them over a month ago and have not had any update or the shoes back.

These are very sentimental to me as she wore them at our wedding so to have this anxiety about what happened to them and no response from Shoelab so very disappointing.

I am so happy with my Chanel trainers, which I had worn to death, I sent them to Shoe Lab, not really knowing what to expect, they have been returned with a new lease of life and look like new again! I’m so pleased and grateful. Money well spent. Will use again.
