Shoes look brand new. Amazing service and results are brilliant

I sent my Jimmy Choo trainers that I wore for my wedding to Shoe Lab. Although only worn once, the shoes were filthy. However, Shoe Lab has restored them to look like new. I did not expect them to look so gleaming, and I am truly grateful. If I had one watch out, the process does take rather longer than initially quoted, but it was well worth the wait. I sent my white suede Chanel’s to shoe lab to be cleaned as they had gotten in a bit of a state. I couldn’t be happier with the result. I’d previously paid 2 other companies to have a go at cleaning these shoes, and both times they’d come back still marked and off coloured. Shoe Lab have done an amazing job and they look brand new again. Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They had my partners DIOR B22s trainers for 1 MONTH!! And they have only just now been returned. Trainers were suede & have been returned leather! I mean how?!? They added many additional charges for a pair of trainers worn once, that were only sent for repair because of a stain to the mesh of the trainer. The staff are RUDE, do not get back to you with updates and I’ve just spent £125, when I was originally quoted £70! You have been WARNED!

I honestly thought my dr martens were destined for dog walks only, they’re so old, but after being restored they’re back on my feet and I’m off out, but honestly I could not be happier with the result they needed a few extra repairs happy to pay, can’t argue on the price they’ve done an incredible job

Horrible, total scam, STAY AWAY. Sent my shoes for cleaning and nothing was done, shoe came back the same and feels like the fabric has been ruined. Complete waste of money.

Recently had my trainers cleaned by these guys, really efficient and does a great job

I sent them a pair of boots to dye and they charged me £120 and sent them back as well they were 1 month later. I furiously resent them and they did dye them but did a horrendous job. Avoid at all costs
