If you travel to Portugal and buy a product from them, it's alright. On the other hand, if you make an order online, most probably you lose your money and never get your product.

I made an order on 27 of June 2026. Today is 9 of August 2026 and still waiting. They didn't send me any tracking number; they didn't tell me it's going to take 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months, nothing at all. I am just hoping that maybe one day it arrives.

Of course I tried to contact them, but they don't reply to the emails. Thankfully, I didn't order a lot of stuff, so I didn't lose so much money.

Totally NOT recommended!

Ik had 2 paar sandalen besteld op hun website. Na 2 weken nog steeds nlgeen bevestiging gekregen of iets van respons. Na verder afwachten heb ik hen dan zelf gecontacteerd met de vraag waar mijn sandalen bleven. Na 5 weken wachten kreeg ik een bericht dat er een sandaal niet meer in stock was. Ik was het ondertussen zo beu om te wachten zonder respons en heb dan gevraagd of ze me het geld wilden terugbetalen. We zijn nu 2 maanden verder en heb intussen niets meer gehoord van hen. Ik stuur hen nog regelmatig een bericht maar er is nooit respons. Klantvriendelijkheid = 0,0. Ik vrees dan ook dat ik mijn geld kwijt ben. Ik raad echt af om bij deze mensen iets te bestellen

Comprei um par de sapatinhos da versão Porto no site da marca, após tê-los experimentado numa loja na cidade. Adorei o design e, ao usá-los, percebi que são muito confortáveis. No entanto, após usá-los em um dia de chuva, notei que o tingimento azul acabou manchando algumas partes dos sapatos.

Entrei em contato com a marca através do site para relatar o problema. Depois de uma breve troca de mensagens, com uma única pergunta, infelizmente, não obtive mais nenhuma resposta. Inicialmente, imaginei que poderia ser algum problema técnico no site, mas, depois de várias tentativas de contato — seja pelo site, por outras plataformas ou até pessoalmente com um representante na loja do Porto — a marca simplesmente não me respondeu. Fiquei sem qualquer retorno e percebi que fui completamente ignorado.

Embora defeitos possam ocorrer, sou compreensivo com esses imprevistos. No entanto, a falta de comunicação e o silêncio por parte de uma marca local, que foi o principal motivo pela qual decidi comprar, são inaceitáveis. Não costumo fazer críticas negativas, mas diante da falta de resposta, não tenho outra opção senão expressar minha insatisfação.

Confortável, prática, bonita e libertadora.

I bought a pair of shoes when I was in Portugal and decided to order some for friends when I got back to the US. I placed the order on their website using the coupon/free shipping code they provide (on their site). When it came time to ship, they reached out and said they couldn't sell the products for the costs and asked for another $87 for shipping. When I went on their website and saw shipping was $25, I offered to pay the $50 (understanding they are a small business and wanted to support them) and never heard back and they went completely quiet and never responded so I had to go via my bank to get a refund issues (still pending). I had high hopes because they were initially very responsive (had asked them to not include any pricing and they got back to me quickly) and then stopped when it came time to try and resolve this.
