Ordered Blundstones to Ireland, despite reading the reviews that a significant number of reviewers expressed dissatisfaction with delivery times.
However, this was not my experience. I needed this order ASAP as these were for work and they arrived in great time. I was given an estimated shipping time of 6-10 days and they came in exactly a week from when I placed my order. I was able to use my email confirmation link to track this too, using the delivery address. On top of that, the quality of the product was perfect, the packaging was convenient and protective. I was also out when they arrived but they were left safely for me to find when I got home. This site is legitimate and the pricing was extremely fair compared to others on the market, especially considering the low availability of these shoes online for Ireland. Happy customer.

Unable to contact for return...despite entering transaction ID

Up until now, I have been really impressed with this website/seller. Brilliant selection of shoes (I have bought multiple pairs of running shoes (hoka) and birkenstocks) and reliable delivery, although it does sometimes take a while.
In the last week, however, I have been really disappointed. I have been 'locked out' of my account without explanation, can't reset my password; and have emailed the company twice, with no response.
It appears all may be well - as long as all is well!

I’m only leaving this review because Shooos.ie have sent me several emails reminding me to. They appear strangely optimistic regarding their own efficiency for some reason… Ordered an item April 27th. Writing this on May 13th. Item still hadn’t arrived. Google maps informs me that the walk from Dublin to Slovakia would take slightly over 15 days. Make of that what you will…..

Update, May 26. Package still hadn’t arrived. GLS Europe site updated to show it had arrived in their Irish centre a week ago, but they managed to lose it. Can’t find it without an Irish tracking number, which GLS inform me I’ve to get from shooos.ie. Who, of course, don’t pick up their phone, and have not responded to two emails. Will draw a line under this and just arrange a chargeback.

My Order has not arrived on the scheduled delivery date and there is no updated information on the couriers website. The last update was on the 30th of January when the shipment seems to be in Germany.

My order has gone from Germany to Hungary and is now somewhere in Uruguay! I am in Ireland and have still to receive my shoes ! Hoping they will arrive in the next 2 days or I'll have to request a refund as ordered over 2 weeks ago.

In delivery it was sad that I will get my shoes on 9th but today is15 and steel dont have them yet

Just received mine, Cons Hiker Boots. The item is original and legit. The only downside is the delivery takes more than 15 days. You'll be thinking if it's legit or not coz Shoos sez be delivered on 6th of January. Its a week after that. GLS though has not that active in parcel updates. But thankfully its legit.

Po 2 týždňoch ani len netušim kde mam balik. Keď som zadal čislo zasielky do dpd je tam že zasielka bola poškodená a vratena, nasledne 2 krat bola odoslana a zas vratena.
