I contacted this Seller but Seller attitude is NOT GOOD
I ordered citrus plants compost but NEVER NO RECEIVING IT
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND NEXT TIME I TRY TO AVOID THIS COMPANY

Ganz ganz schrecklich!!! Finger weg davon! Würde am liebsten 0 Sterne geben.
Ich hatte bei meinem Handy einen Garantiefall. Das Handy wurde hingeschickt und eine Rückerstattung wurde zugesichert. Ich warte seit über einem Monat auf mein Geld. Es reagiert niemand auf meine Nachrichten. Ich habe weder Geld noch Handy!
Ich kann nur jedem raten, sich mit dieser Firma einzulassen! Absolut unseriös!

ch habe im August 2025 ein defektes Samsung Galaxy S22 5G über A2Z Worldwide Store reklamiert. Das Gerät war weniger als ein Jahr alt und defekt (massive Batterieprobleme und Überhitzung) und wurde nach Absprache mit dem Händler ordnungsgemäß retourniert – laut Zustellnachweis bereits am 03.09.2025.

Seitdem warte ich bis heute (November 2025) auf meine Rückerstattung, obwohl diese mir mehrfach schriftlich zugesagt wurde.
Ich habe über Wochen hinweg nur leere Versprechungen und Standardantworten erhalten („wir prüfen das“, „Systemfehler“, „Team ist informiert“), aber keine konkrete Lösung.

Erst nachdem ich mich an die Verbraucherzentrale gewandt und meine Rechtsschutzversicherung eingeschaltet habe, wurde überhaupt wieder reagiert – doch eine Rückzahlung steht weiterhin aus.

Ein solches Vorgehen ist nicht nur absolut unprofessionell und rechtswidrig.
Ich werde diesen Vorgang auch auf anderen Plattformen teilen, um andere Verbraucher zu warnen, damit niemand dieselbe Erfahrung machen muss.

Fazit: Finger weg!!! Mangelhafter Kundenservice, wochenlange Verzögerungen, keine Rückerstattung trotz klarer Rechtslage.

Awful service delivered too late we were in Greece when the intended gift for a Greek friend arrived. Do not buy from these people.

Please do not purchase from this company, they have shocking customer service, actually thats not fair - for something to be bad you need to experience it, they do not reply to emails, and you have no other way of contacting them....look elsewhere for your products,
Order was made online a month ago and I have had nothing from them after numerous attempts to contact them I am assuming that my chances of getting the skin care ordered is nil.

Last December 17th I ordered a present for Christmas from these people and it was delivered after Christmas so I returned it as requested. Amazon authorised a return of my Tesco card payment of £82.16 and here it is almost the end of March and a2z beauty have still got my money! An absolute rip off of a company and hopefully will be boycotted by everyone in future!

Company took my orders on 23 feb it’s now March 15 I have not received my goods the company have ignored emails and fb messages so I assume they have gone under or are not trading anymore . I’ve now passed this on to relevant authorities .

Expected order within a week as stated however nearly 3 weeks later no order and no update
Would not recommend from my experience
