Gatwick North before my flight to Toulouse Samina gave me a back and head massage, it was fantastic. Just the correct amount of pressure and set me up for a relaxed flight. Never done this before at the airport but will definitely do again!

Very disappointed with my recent Express Manicure with Gel at Birmingham Airport. The Staff were delightful, however the end result was very poor. The gel was so thick, it was difficult to get out of the bottle, the side and lower margins of un-painted nail were at least 3x larger than I am used to. It was uneven in thickness, after 2 days it looked like I had had them done at least a week earlier. I did raise my concerns at the time but these were dismissed and I was told they would be “fine when completed”. They definitely were not anywhere near the standard I have at my regular Salon. A complete waste of money!

I had a 10 minute massage at Birmingham airport recently given by Rehana. She was brilliant and reached the tension in my neck and back so well. I would have loved to have had a longer massage but was constrained by time. These deep tissue massages are great.

The service was lovely, friendly and, once done my nails looked lovely, manicured and painted with a pink gel. There was a magnet used to bring out a pattern which was impressive.
What was not good was the fact that two days later a nail chipped then, simply peeled off. Within two days the rest had followed suit. I'm on holiday! Not working with them, doing nothing more than sunbathing and shopping and I would expect a minimum of a week and hopefully three of polish sticking to my nails. I was happy to pay extra having this done at the airport but £45 for 24 hours of 10 nails on is just not good enough. I complained on the form and have heard nothing.
Very unhappy customer.

Had a terrific 20 minute massage from Samina at Gatwick Airport yesterday- what an unexpected treat. I had a long flight ahead and a previous bad night’s sleep, so feeling pretty exhausted. The massage relaxed and rejuvenated me - great job from Samina, who really knew her stuff. Splendid idea, massages in airports.

Amelia - Gatwick airport (south terminal) What a professional. Firstly i booked BIAB, when i arrived the lady who does the BIAB was not there but i was given alternatives instantly and she was so apologetic. luckily for her i dont care what pampering i get so i wasnt bothered, throughout the shellac nails service she was so chatty, so welcoming, her work was flawless and we had such a laugh together. i really would love to see something good happening to Amelia as i recieved great service from her. she also recommended some products that would be beneficial to my nails and i bought them.

Harriet at the Manchester Airport terminal 1 was outstanding! I had 39 mins before boarding and she put me at ease and carried out an extremely professional gel nail job. I would not hesitate to use this service again and now know you can pre book before a flight will save me so much time in future.

I had BIAB in fills with Ewa in Gatwick South Terminal and I love them. Not only that but Ewa managed to fix a broken nail that was cracked all the way up into the nail bed. Now you would never know it was broken!
It was quick, spot on and just great customer service from both ladies.

I received a 30-minute massage from Binta at Gatwick Southgate. I enjoyed it very much. It was great and relaxing. Now I am relaxed for the rest of the waiting time.

Wow... what a treat! Both my husband and I had a massage with Pam. Within 5 mins we were so chilled I was willing to miss a flight for some more time. She found all the sore areas and managed to relax us. Definitely booking more time next time. Go for it! Also chair very comfy!!

Massage by Nazz was second to none, made all the more relaxing by her constant updates as to my flight status. I floated down to the gate and on to the flight. Made all the difference to an otherwise long and stressful journey. Highly recommended pre-flight zen.

Had a wonderfully relaxing, professionally delivered manicure with friendly conversation at London Gatwick the other day. It definitely made waiting for my departure extremely relaxing. The specialist Ewa made sure, services were delivered timely, kept an eye on the clock for me, and meanwhile created a soothing, pleasant atmosphere that stood in stark contrast to the otherwise bustling, crowded Gatwick airport. Quality of the manicure and polish application was excellent, and Ewa even fixed a small scratch in the polish that appeared when I reached for the credit card in the end... Price was very fair for the time spent.
I was very happy to have treated myself to this experience!/

I had an amazing massage for 30 mins by Ewa at Gatwick terminal. She has wonderful hands, really worked on my knots, yet relaxing and managed to zone out in a very busy airport.
