AtPerry's was very responsive

AtPerry's was very responsive. I was worried because my necklace seemed to be taking a long time to get to me. They responded immediately to my query and looked into it. The necklace is absolutely gorgeous! Likewise the ring I ordered is beautiful. That arrived promptly.

I’ve never bought from them though I must confess that they look beautiful and I’m anxious to choose one. But the rings are only silver plated and I’m looking for a ring made of silver 925 with stones. I wish to make a nice present to my daughter. But not plated jewels. Could you advice please?

TWO missing rhinestones

My ring arrived with two missing rhinestones. How can something BRAND NEW be missing crystals? Also took a good 8 weeks to arrive with no tracking information provided.

Thank you for taking the time to give us a review.
Let me address the concerns that you have mentioned here.

[1] Item arrived with missing rhinestones - as per checking on the tracking information which you an see below:

The item has been delivered as of March 11, 2022 and only after more than a month you reported this to us via this review.
We checked our emails and found out that we did not receive any emails from this email address: babykatie22@yahoo.com
Hence, how can we solve something that has not been reported to us. Also, again as mentioned, you only reported this to us after more than a month that it has been delivered.
Please also note that any item can be damaged during transit and that is beyond our control that is why we offer 60 day protection period.

[2] Our warranty covers 60 days so we can absolutely replace your item without any problem. Just send us an email at info@atperrys.com along with the photo of the item and we will replace it. Moving forward, if you have any issues with your item, it would be better to report it immediately instead of waiting after a month then complain.

[3] Shipping time is beyond our control and there are delays that are inevitable but I beg to disagree that we failed to provide tracking information because we did and we have proofs that we did. We sent it twice via email: babykatie22@yahoo.com and via SMS +1 509-599-1188
If you have not received it, then we don't know what the issue is. Also, you can reach out to us anytime to ask about your order and we will be glad to assist you.

For now, I will be waiting for your email along with the photo of the item so I can send you the replacement.
