Black Cat PC - Providing Dell Parts Since 1998 Opiniones

There was a issue from my side as I didn't had given the right address which made it diificult to deliver the part, A representatiove from BlackCat kindly called me and told me they are sending part again.I would like to apologies for the mistake and thanks for helping me out with the product.

Clear instructions to find what I needed. Is a genuine dell part. Was cheaper than Dell (and 5% extra when discount code also added - total £13 cheaper). Arrived very safely packaged and will install later this week.

The usual responsive, fast delivery, and Dell quality battery.

I bought a laptop charger from Amazon that broke after a week. I wanted one from a genuine Dell supplier. Black Cat PC guided me as to what to purchase and it arrived next day

Very quick turnaround time and the replacement battery works perfectly. Originally ordered one directly from Dell and its not arrived yet, that was 3 months ago and I'm still waiting on Dell. Go with these guys instead

The service and help I received from Back Cat PC was exceptional . After helpful advice regarding my laptop the replacement battery was received first thing next morning . I would certainly use Black Cat again and award them 5 stars + !!

I ordered from from Black Cat because the information regarding part numbers and models on their website gave me the confidence that I was ordering the right battery for my lap top. Delivered quickly, installed, after full charge with light use still showing 90% charge 4 days later. Previous battery was dead after 2 days. Happy!

Great work and reliable

We needed a replacement battery for a rather old Dell Latitude. and were kept well in touch with every stage of the process. Excellent after-sales service.

After thinking I'd need a questionable replica part off Amazon, i am really glad i didn't go there!
I was really impressed with the quality of the product i received from black cat, with it being a genuine oem dell part, that fit my machine perfectly all for a reasonable price.
I was further impressed by how quicky it came, as i ordered on Friday afternoon for it to come Saturday morning.

I made an initial request for a quote late in the evening and had a reply early the next morning. Ordered later that day and received all the next afternoon. All parts were genuine and fitted perfectly. Perfect service

Fantastic service!!!!! I ordered a laptop battery, as promised it arrived the next day. Thankfully they use a sensible courier so I didn't have to battle with anyone. Awesome service will use again if needed.
