Great service, really fast delivery! I wrote my address wrong on the form and rang them when I realised and they sorted it immediately - very friendly. Would use again!
Item, a keyboard, was dispatched in good time and as described. Communication was great. Will definitely use again for my Dell parts.

Professional and fast
I ordered a replacement battery from Black Cat for my Dell XPS15. They had it in stock, ordering was simple and - bonus - it was cheaper than if I’d ordered from Dell.
Fast dispatch and tracked delivery from DPD makes this the easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given. Great little company, and I’ll be using them again.
