Thanks so much

Alan was super hands on with my custom wine box and was super responsive and supportive of what I was hoping for. He puts a ton of care into his work and I absolutely recommend!

Crates are beautiful and well crafted. We did the white washed finish with rope handles and hinged lids, all the upgrades were done well. The handles add such a nice touch.

Working with Carpenter Core was an amazing experience! A perfect example of their great customer service was when Alan kindly reached out and worked with me to ensure that my design was going to turn out the way that I wanted it. He let me resend different versions to make sure it turned out great. I can say that they did! These branded crates were the chef's kiss to making our custom gifts perfect! Plus, on top of that the quality was amazing and they sent simple directions, followed up and kept me in the loop all along the way! Thank you!

I needed a wooden crate for a retirement gift for my husband. Impossible to find in stores.

I am so grateful that I came across Carpenter Core during my online search.

The crate they created for me was beautifully crafted and exactly the right size. I am already trying to come up with more gifts I can present in a crate.

The service was 5+, it could not have been better. They emailed minutes after the order with a confirmation, shortly after followed up with a proof to review and provided suggestions. Not only did they notify me when the item shipped, but they followed up during transit and after to make sure the product was what was expected. It is rare to receive personalized communication at this level.

Our experience and the finished product well exceeded my expectations! The burned logo mark and copy turned out beautifully. The box itself is study and well-made. I can definitely see us ordering more.

Incredible customer service from start to finish. Could not be happier with the product I received as the craftsmanship was top notch.

Fantastic communication, great packaging and top quality carpentry!

I wanted a simple, well-made wooden box to hold some hobby supplies. At first I checked all the large online retailers, but not one had what I was looking for. They were all crazy expensive, over-designed, or impractical sizes. I was fortunate enough to come across Carpenter Core during my search and found the perfect product. The plentiful size options allowed me to find one that suited my needs. The customization options were amazing - being able to select a stain color and hinges was an unexpected nice touch. The price was way more affordable than anything else I could find from other retailers. The shipping was fast, and the seller gave much-appreciated and timely updates at every step in the process. Best of all is that my box was handcrafted right here in the good old US of A, and I am incredibly happy with it. I highly recommend Carpenter Core to anyone looking for dependable and affordable products.

Everything was great and got here on time. Thank you
