I placed a $30 order and never received it. The tracking number they provided was completely fake, untraceable, and led to a sketchy Chinese website with zero English translation. When I reached out to their customer service, they simply brushed me off, claiming the order had already been delivered.
To make matters worse, exactly one month later, I was charged again without my consent! When I confronted them, they claimed I had "subscribed" to some VIP status. This store is an absolute fraud and a scam. Avoid at all costs! I am now forced to deal with my bank to get a chargeback and block my card. Stay away!

If I could I would give this company no stars!! This company will scan you…… I purchased 1 pair of trousers, of which were delivered a few weeks after the order was placed from China, the trousers did not look like what was advertised so I requested a refund stating this. If you try to contact this company they will respond, however the response if from an AI bot and you don’t get anywhere with them - I then discovered that they took 2 further payments from my account, which turns out to be subscription which I did not sign up too!! They are a scam company DO NOT USE this company

Given one star as zero isn’t possible. SCAM company, original trousers at £22.75 seemed fair enough, except size is massively wrong. Wonderful customer service that promise you the earth, apologise profusely re the size and say they’ll definitely get it sorted - two months later ZERO!! No replacement just the same email apologising that they’re very busy. They then sign you up WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION or knowledge to a monthly membership - have reported them to my bank as a SCAM and bank are following this up. Do NOT buy from them.

Absolute scam as other reviews started to take £22.75 out of my account a month later stating it was for vip membership which I didn’t sign up for when ordering 2 pairs of trousers intstructed my bank to block payment to find out there were reoccurring payments as well all blocked what a sham of a company beware

I would give 0 stars if possible. Product quality was not great. But worse than that - they secretly add insurance so you end up paying more than advertised. Then 2 weeks later they charge your card again to sign up for the VIP scheme which you never signed up to and ignore emails. SCAM - avoid

Ai generated customer service emails from Sophie , like the other review, I brought 2 pairs of trousers , that arrived and looked nothing like the advertised ones , cheap fabric and poorly made, like the other review I was signed up to a premium membership for an extra cost !
Sent several emails to complain and nothing has happened.
This is a scam ! Do not buy !

If I could give this scamming Company minus stars I would. I saw an advert pop up in Instagram. Thought I'd done due diligence researching the company. I ordered two pairs of trousers, encouraged by the offer of free gloves, knee protection and free postage. A parcel arrived about a week later containing two pairs of trousers nothing like the quality in the advert.
Given that they advertised 30day risk free returns and refund policy, I contacted them, outlining my disappointment with the merchandise. They requested detailed photos of the merchadise which was sent via return email. They then took a further amount from my account as subscription payment to a VIP membership. I hadn't agreed to this VIP membership and their own Terms of Service suggest that this payment is taken out at point of sale (so when the trousers were paid for).
I've sent further emails containing further requested detailed photographs of merchandise and been fobbed off with lengthy ramblings from 'Sophie' at Customer Support.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER MERCHANDISE WITH THIS COMPANY
Total scam.
