a little worried about not ordering from medi-gas but in reality this place is just an offshoot business of medi-gas..no worries ..carried on with same login and it showed my ordering history...delivery was prompt

But!
I am disappointed that the Winnipeg wanted to charge me $20.00 to deliver and not be accessible to pick up my supplies, Bad store hours. Also not open on weekends. I also saved money purchasing the items online.
I am disappointed that the Winnipeg location did not have my file so to order the proper consumables. As no one in this office knew the lady who had initially given me a quote. She vanished. So, not very impressed. I will be looking at other suppliers.

Payment posted before goods delivered
It has been 2 weeks since I placed my order on November 1, 2024. Regrettably, I have yet to receive my supplies. I spoke to someone from Medigas in Winnipeg and was promised that I would receive an email response to my inquiry by the end of the day. That did not occur. My credit card statement indicates that I was charged for my order on November 1 (more than $1500), but I have yet to receive the items ordered.
