what a crap website, I accidentally put something in the 'cart' and then it wouldn't let me remove it so my wife had to do the order. Then when paying for that and I had forgotten my password it just would'nt accept me pressing 'forgotten password' SORT IT OUT

My ResMed Airsense 10 has failed while under warranty. Unfortunately the dealer told me that there are no repair centers in Italy and the device should be sent to Germany for repair. Once repaired it will have to be sent back to Italy. I was told that I must expect 2 to 3 months to get the device working again. In addition, there is no provision for a temporary replacement device except for rental with costs of 150 euros. It seems to me that ResMed does not care about the fragility of patients with respiratory diseases; it is a pity because the device is useful (when it works).

Subscription service is a a joke. If you need a mask tank or tube just buy it. You can update your address but they still will send it to an old address 3 states away and tell you that you need to pay for it.

I purchased an AirMini travel CPAP machine from Shop.ResMed.com a little over a year ago and I was in need of some follow up customer service, so that I could get the past 12 months' reports for my sleep tracking.

Michael (the customer service rep with whom I spoke on the phone) was a true rock star in walking me through everything to start up the process towards getting a user account set up for me, so that I can get my data.

Because my local pharmacy/respiratory therapist could not get an AirMini for me (and, I later found out, has no ability to download the data from my AirMini), I purchased the unit directly from the online ResMed Shop.

Because of Michael's outstanding customer service, I am likely going to move all of my CPAP prescription info over to the online shop and star buying replacement supplies from the online shop, once my contract with my local pharmacy/respiratory therapist expires.

I am waiting on correspondence from the respiratory therapist with the Shop.ResMed.com online shop, so that I can download and print my data; but, if that department is even half as good as the help I got from Michael, then, I suspect I'll have everything I need by this evening.

The airmini did not work out for me. I had a reaction to the humidification tablets. I called ResMed and it was absolutely no problem to send the machine back. No questions asked no problems. I was very pleased with how easy they made it. I get the products needed at the right time!
Billings and statements are a bit difficult due to not having statements describing what was provided available (for insurance and FSA purposes) at time of billing. Have to wait until later typically to be able to find those. It would be nice to have a printed statement included in the packaging if that is possible.

Really appreciate how painless it was for me to try a different mask during my free trial. I got an airmini and my usual mask isn't available so am trying to find one that works. Thanks for helping.

The process was timely. As soon as you received my prescription you acted on it and sent the CPAP within a day or two. I am going on a cruise so the travel size is perfect for my trip. I do have to say I like my regular CPAP better but for traveling this one is perfect.
