Easy to buy, great chair, I'm very happy.

No tracking number. I had to follow up with customer service for updates. Box and rubbish left when chair got delivered. Chair was squeeking with some bolts loose. Plastic was left between base and chair so had to be pulled apart again to remove.

他社のオフィスチェアの座り心地に不満があったため、本製品を購入しました。

座り心地にはすごく満足しています。座面はフラットで落ち着く、また前傾姿勢の際に腿裏に圧がかからない椅子を探していました。

ただし、リクライニング時に、缶を凹ますときのようなパコッという結構大きな音がします。そこが、非常に残念です。おしい。。。

ちなみに、今回は、前もって広尾のショールームで試せたので、本当に良かったです。丁寧に対応していただけました。

We have had over 40 of these chairs for nearly ten years and needed a few extra as we added more staff. Old to new, all great chairs and fit for purpose.

一通り機能は揃っているが、お尻のクッションが反発が強すぎて長時間座っているとお尻が痛くなる。試座を数分しただけではこれはわからなかったが、本質的に日本人の尻に合ってない作りなのかもしれない。他日本メーカーで腰が痛くなることはあったものの、お尻が痛くなるのは初めてだった。モノとしては全体的にはコスパが良かった。

意外と早く届いた。
ハーマンミラーの時は3週間ぐらい待ったが、スチールケースの時は1週間くらい。

家財宅配便なので、さすがに普通の宅配便のレベルまではいかないが・・

また、梱包材をすべて持って帰ってもらえたのもよかった。

They decided to no longer assist me because I asked too many questions?
Who doesn't ask questions when you spend $1000.
I assumed they are like Canada Goose, Dyson, etc customer service. Which I was wrong.
So my plan to upgrade the chair to more expensive model is out the door.
