事前予約の上で1時間以上かけてショールームへ行ったが、無人だった。電話番号にかけても繋がらないし、客をバカにしていると思う。

商品も配送も問題ないです。

The product received was a defeated piece. Purchased in 2026 with a production date in 2022. The seat pad burst on the third day of usage (and become worse afterward). Though the after sale team is able to arrange parts replacement, but has to wait 4-6 weeks time. With the highest tier and signature product of Steelcase (Gesture leather chair), the quality is unacceptable and disappointing. I will not recommend the brand to others.

Due to the situation at Wang fu Court, I no longer had a chair. I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently you delivered a new one to me. Thank you very much.

The table is of good quality with a very reasonable price.

There is no way to track the status of the order aside from waiting for a call from the delivery team.

Chair is comfortable and assembled correctly.

Improvements:
- Should be delivered in c. 1-3 days, not two weeks
- Delivery box included all cardboard and plastic that I assume is what the unassembled chair arrives with

購入一か月経ちました。概ね満足しております。
購入当初は体が慣れておらず、体が痛いと思う時はありましたが座り方など気をつけたりしていたら1時間以上座っていても腰痛にならず快適にパソコン作業ができております。　個人的には購入して正解だと思いました。ただ一つだけ気になる点がありまして肘おきがもう少し幅や高さに自由が効くと良いなと思いました。人それぞれの体型や身長もあり一概に言えませんので、購入検討中の方は良く椅子の仕様を確認することをお勧めします。以上です。

在庫がある場合は7-10日営業日に発送とのことでしたが、注文翌日に発送いただき、予想外に早く納品いただくことができました。
梱包の段ボールも非常に頑丈で、内部で椅子が動かないような配慮もされており、丁寧な梱包に感動しました。

注文時、お届けが9/10になっているものを選んで購入したのに購入後10月中頃予定になっていて、ここまで待つなら欲しい色にすればよかった

配達が早かったが、オプションのヘッドレストはつけてくれませんでした。

Chair faulty on day 1 so I returned it. Steelcase’s delivery team contacted me and organised a date for the second delivery. They were not bothered to notify me on the delivery day that they don't yet have the chair and will not able to deliver the chair that day. Had to call them myself. Strange for a company that charges so much for chairs has a messy delivery service.
