Great value quality wine, superb customer service.
The boxed wines are great value - quality wine but saving on the shop of shipping loads of glass around. I had a recent problem with a delivery mixup, and it was sorted promptly and efficiently. Often it’s when you get a problem that you find out how good a company is!

Beautiful wine
Beautiful wine, well packaged and delivered up to the second floor of my block by the driver with no questioning. Superb service, so much so I have bought another 12 bottles. Fantastic value and would highly recommend.

Carrier APC.
I am perfectly happy with Torri Cantine, but I am very unhappy with their choice of logistical partner: APC. They are useless, impossible to contact, invite you to send an email, and when you do so, they never read them or act upon them. I deal with many companies and have no trouble arranging deliveries. Except APC, I miss them every time.
